I'm probably going to wait and see how my team performs when the season starts before i make any moves. Besides i don't really want to give up any pitching which leaves Soriano as my only big piece of trade bait, and if i got rid of him my offence would be pretty darn poor.

I was already down, and having no one up against Peja and Brad Miller i'm even further behind now. If anyone could potentially pull me back into things it's Kevin Garnett, though right now the best case scenario is winning steals and maybe FT's, though if Allen and KG go nuts scoring points like they can maybe i could nab FG's or something too.

Looks like my team is fizzling at the worst time. Q-Rich is injured for about the 5th or so time this season, Dalembert, Butler and Szczerbiak are giving me nothing at all, and my team has stopped shooting threes and passing altogether. Not only is my team stinking it up this week, but i'm at a 17-13 games played disadvantage for the rest of the week, so i'm looking at an 8-0 or 7-1 loss. Looks like the battle for the final playoff spot will come down to the last week.

I'm bored and have time, so maybe i'll do something for the show. Maybe. I'll probably end up being lazy and not bother, but we'll see. Of course there's the whole 'retired forever' thing to get around, but i've been retired from the SWF forever about three times now, so i'm sure i could come up with something.

It's not often you win 7-1 and drop a place, but now i should only need to win about 5 or so categories over two weeks to secure a playoff spot. Garnett alone should get me most of that. *puts a voodoo curse on Mindless_Agression and alfdogg to secure my playoff spot*

In the space of one day the Blazers have a 41 point turnaround, idiot Randolph gets himself suspended and they go from a 21 point win to a 20 point loss to the damn Clippers. I'd officially write them off if Denver still weren't losing, now the Nuggets have dropped 8 out of their last 9.

The show sounds like it was very good, and it's good to see a healthier attendance figure than some of the sub-100 crowds IWA:MS has had lately.

1. World Title (Raw) Chris Benoit vs. Shawn Michaels vs. HHH © -> Shawn Michaels. The WWE hasn't had a problem putting the belt on injured wrestlers before. 2. WWE Title (Smackdown) Kurt Angle vs. Eddie Guerrero © -> Eddy Guerrero. I know the WWE is very adept at cutting people off at the knees, but they won't do that to Eddy. Yet. 3. Handicap Match : Mick Foley/Rock vs. Ric Flair/Batista/Randy Orton -> Rock and Sock. Orton will get his win over Foley in a one-on-one match sometime down the line. 4. Kane vs. Undertaker -> Undertaker. Kane really needs a big win, but there's no way Taker's losing in his return to the deadman, and he isn't losing at Mania until he's retiring. 5. Fatal Four way for the WWE tag titles (Smackdown) – APA vs. WGTT (Haas/Benjamin) vs. Basham Brothers vs. Rikishi/Scotty 2 Hotty © -> Haas/Benjamin. God Willing. 6. Fatal Four was for the World Tag Titles (Raw) – Dudleys vs. Lance Cade/Mark Jindrak vs. La Resitance vs. Rob Van Dam/Booker T © -> Eh... Jindrak/Cade. Who knows, who cares. The WWE likes putting the tag belts on boring teams that are average in the ring at best, so the dropkick twins get it. 7. Hair vs. Title – Molly Holly vs. Victoria © -> Molly Holly. I doubt they'll make one of their 'divas' bald, so Molly gets the title. 8. Cruiserweight Open – Billy Kidman, Rey Mysterio, Ultimo Dragon, Tajiri, Jamie Knoble, Sho Funaki, Nunzio, Shannon Moore, Akio, and Chavo Guerrero © -> Chavo Guerrero. The WWE seems high on Chavo, so he overcomes the odds to retain, have him drop it after a long on-on-one feud with someone. Not that the cruiser division has long feuds, or even feuds at all, but you get the idea. 9. Bill Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar -> Brock Lesnar. Even if Goldberg wasn't leaving there's no way he'd win over Vince's golden boy. 10. Playboy Evening Gown Match - Sable/Torrie vs. Miss Jackie/Stacy -> Ugh, Sable/Torrie. No Lance Storm, no Mattitude, no Hurricane, but hey at least we get some F-grade jerkoff material! Someone's implant bursting will be about the only interesting thing that could possibly come out of this. 11. US Championship – John Cena vs. Big Show © -> John Cena. Finally the belt will be removed from Show's waist, not that it fits around his waist anyway. It's been obvious the belts going to Cena for months, now he gets it. 12. Christian vs. Chris Jericho -> Christian. Jericho doesn't win at Mania's. They'll probably extend this feud for a while, with Trish obviously factoring into the finish one way or another.

Looks like the best CZW since Cage of Death 5, i guess i'll shelling out some more cash on indy wrestling then. With all the CZW, PWG and IWA:MS stuff i want i won't have any money left soon.

In the wrestling folders i only really look at the Indy folder with an occasional foray into the WWE folder. I mostly just go to the pop culture folders now, mainly sports.

I'm quite adept at hiding my real feelings behind a thick layer of phony bullshit if need be, though when it comes to things like disliking someone/something i won't bother hiding it.

Oh i know they suck, the only reason i think they even have a slight chance is because everyone in contention with them for the final playoff spot in the West is playing bad too. The Sonics are ice cold, Utah have been average for a while, and even the Nuggets have fallen back to earth as of late, losing 7 out of their last 8 games. Unless Denver fall apart at the seams they won't make it, though today's stomping of Utah was a decent sign. If only they'd start Abdur-Rahim instead of worrying about the fragile egos of Randolph and Miles that may help.

Around about 55-60 hours i think a couple of years ago, for no particular reason.

The Blazers are back to their underachieving selves it seems, if they're going to have a chance of making the playoffs they need to start winning again now. They still have to play Minnesota twice, San Antionio twice, the Lakers twice and Sacramento, as well as the two teams they're chasing in the Nuggets and Jazz, so with that sort of schedule they can't afford to keep falling further back. *awaits Blazers missing the playoffs by 1 game just to tease me*

If nothing else i'll win in steals, there's only one or two teams that should even be close to me. I'll probably suck at everything else, so i'm holding onto any little victory i can get.

Other than the never-ending Stackhouse saga i've been pretty lucky with injuries, god bless the super-durable Garnett, in 9 seasons he's only missed more than 5 games once.
