Portland should just give up and bring in every misfit they can find in the league. Get back Bonzi Wells, bring Lamar Odom in, i'm sure Stoudamire can smuggle him some weed wrapped in tin foil to convince him. Ricky Davis' selfish play would fit right in. Get Shawn Kemp and his 800 kids back on the roster. Dennis Rodman wants to play again? SIGN HIM UP! There already fucked, if they're going down they might as well go down in entertaining fashion.

I had Benoit pegged to job clean to Orton at Summerslam in Toronto (they can use the Bret Hart rule where everywhere in Canada is a Canadian wrestler's hometown), i figure a 1 month feud won't be long enough for HHH to prove his superiority over the dirty Canadian.
-
Beniot is losing at Backlash, according to the WWE jobbing and mis-using wrestlers repeatedly in their hometown is the smart thing to do.
-
Portland being that low makes me cry, though i can't disagree with thier placement.

A pretty crappy 81 yesterday. Today's looking a little better though, as Sam Cassell's picked up 40 VGM's. 1/22: PG- Mike Bibby SG- Ray Allen SF- Predrag Stojakovic PF- Antoine Walker C- Brad Miller Coach- Rick Adelman

Huge Update On Chris Benoit's WWE Future
Cuban Linx replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in The WWE Folder
No one should really be surprised by this. Triple H will want to have the best match he possibly can at the biggest event ever, so of course he'll go out and bring in Benoit to make him look as good as possible. Benoit then gets to make Batista and Orton look remotely talented, and after that it's back to the midcard for Benoit. *sees Benoit fighting for the IC Title in the near future* -
Well so far my trade looks to be working out, together Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen give me at least one great player for nearly every stat. Carlos Arroyo seems to have stopped passing the ball though, meaning Garnett is my top source for assists. I've more or less given up on the asists category though, so it's no big worry. Having Q-Rich back from injury helps alot as well, after trading away Tim Thomas, Jason Terry and Glenn Robinson he's one of the main players i was looking to to pick up the slack.

Two days ago a shit-tastic 59 VGM's, but i bounced back yesterday with a very nice 133, Dampier and Garnett both putting up big scores. 1/20: PG- Mike Bibby SG- Ray Allen SF- Dirk Bowitzki PF- Zach Randolph C- Brad Miller Coach- Rick Adelman 1/21: PG- Sam Cassell SG- Tracy McGrady SF- Corey Maggette PF- Elton Brand C- Erick Dampier Coach- Flip Saunders

Thank goodness for Brand kicking the shit out of the Lakers a second-straight time. Aside from his 45 VGM's everyone else did little, finishing with 97 VGM's total. 1/19: PG- Mike Bibby SG- Tracy McGrady SF- Kevin Garnett PF- Kurt Thomas C- Erick Dampier Coach- Jeff Van Gundy I'm not super-confident in this team, but eh, i can't be fucked changing it around right now.

Still down 0-8, but Team 2004 has no players tomorrow, while i have two. Now all i need is for Derek Anderson and Nene to combine for about 31 Free Throws, 12 3-pointers, 124 points, 30 assists and 43 rebounds and i can still win!

Looks like a pile of shit moulded into the form of a wrestling show. The fact that TNA could put out real good cards if they wanted to just makes a show like this look even worse.

MAIN EVENT Va'aiga vs The HVille Thugg -> HVT ICTV TITLE MATCH Charlie "Grappler" Matthews© vs Mike Van Siclen -> Grappler NO GRAVITY MATCH "The Superior One" Tom Flesher vs "The Sacred One" Andrew Blackwell© -> Blackwell CRUISERWEIGHT RULES MATCH Wildchild vs Stryke -> No prediction, but probably Wildchild HARDCORE TITLE MATCH Terrence "Janus" Bailey© vs "Coyote" Coy West -> Coyote
-
Well, Stryke used to be cruiserweight size, it figures i'd get a Cruiser Rules match against Wildchild as soon as i move away from the high-flying moveset i used to have. Work is going to be absolutely lethal for me this week, if i hope to get this done i better get started now.

Well, i guess Johnson finally got himself banned. It looks like i'm going to go down 0-8, so hopefully my trade will start to help me out next week. I'll now have two elite players worthy of 1st round picks in Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen, and some good lower tier players in Kenyon Martin, Quentin Richardson, Nene, Carlos Arroyo (with Harpring gone he should lift his numbers a bit) and Derek Anderson (he's been good and bad since returning, but when he's been good he's looked very good, a bit more consistency and game time should result in him being a strong contributor). My guards are looking quite strong, but i'm left a bit shabby at forward. KG and K-Mart are money, but after that i only have Maurice Taylor (decent but nothing special) and Samuel Dalembert, who's been looking real good lately, but who knows how long that'll last. Though he also gives me a backup to Nene at C. Of course the key to the whole thing is Stackhouse, when he comes back i'll have a third top level player (stat-wise anyway, especially with Arenas proving to be highly injury prone Stackhouse will be the first option for the Wizards). Typically i gave up Glenn Robinson as soon as he started getting good, but my team was going nowhere anyway, it was time to shake things up a bit. I'll probably look into offering another trade or two as well, probably looking for a third forward to bolster my lineup.
-
Well, after two weeks of promise looks like my teams turned back into a heaping pile of ass again. *sighs, continues to cross off dates on the calender until Stackhouse's return, at this rate at sometime in the year 2010*

A monster night, 155 VGM's total. Andre Miller puts up 33, T-Mac adds 41, and Dampier, Peja and Brand all score in the 20's. Moves me up to 96.9% and gains me ground on the top 2 in the group. 1/18: PG- Andre Miller SG- Emanuel Ginobili SF- Paul Pierce PF- Tim Duncan C- Marcus Camby Coach- Jeff Bzdelik
-
Finally found out what i got yesterday, 103 VGM's. Doesn't seem that good, but it moved me back to 96.5% and into 3rd in the group, so i guess it was better than alot of other people. And today's looking good so far, T-Mac raped the Celtics for 38 VGM's, and Andre Miller has 19 VGM's after 21 minutes, and looks to be putting together quite the good game. Not to mention i still have Peja and Brand to go, and up against the injury-plagued Lakers and the Heat i'll be shocked if they don't exceed their averages and then some.
-
Don't know what i finished with due to the scores benig down, all i remember from checking in earlier was that Jason Williams went pretty good and i wanted to stab myself in the face for not taking Kirilenko when i could have easily afforded him. 1/17: PG- Carlos Arroyo SG- Ray Allen SF- Kevin Garnett PF- Elton Brand (stomped the shit out of the Lakers last time, should do it again. Besides, Brand is awesomeness, and Randolph's been kinda 'meh' lately) C- Jamaal Magloire Coach- Nate McMillan
-
I continue to be teased by Stackhouse's return, his MRI was supposedly positive, but there's still no timetable for his return and now the January return that's been promised doesn't look like it'll be happening either. *gets to work building a bionic knee*

2000 NBA Western Conference Finals, Game 7, Portland giving up the biggest fourth quarter game 7 comeback ever. (or something like that, either way they lost which is bad enough).
-
Pretty much the forum, only occassionally do i look at the main site.
-
A pretty blah 72 VGM's. Larry Hughes does jack, Wallace gets ejected and finishes with 4 VGM's, KG and Antoine score in the 20 VGM range, but it was too little too late. 1/16- PG- Andre Miller SG- Tracy McGrady SF- Predrag Stojakovic PF- Elton Brand C- Erick Dampier Coach- Rick Adelman

Well the WWE only seems to put the cruiserweight title on PPV like twice a year, i guess they want to get the nuisance of using the cruiser division out of the way early in the year.
