Sid wasn't good at all in his final WCW days. That was nearly 5 years ago, before a near-career ending broken leg. The equation of poor worker+advanced age+devastating injury+not many matches in the last few years+shitty attitude=a dreadful investment for TNA, especially when the money could bring in a younger, more talented, more charismatic wrestler (let's face it, Sid's mic skills were dreadful, no matter how funny the nonsense he spewed was) to help advance the company.

"Don't Touch Me There" by Catherine. God, I love Catherine. Criminally underrated.
-
"The King Of Kissingdom" by My Life Story Man, those were the true golden days of Britpop
-
"A Six Pack To Go" by Hank Thompson

Three Men And A Baby-7/10 Even though Selleck, Guttenberg and Danson aren't "three of Hollywood's hottest stars" as the box claims, somehow I still really like this film, no matter how dated it is and how tacked on the heroin sub-plot feels

My collection First time updated in over a year. Scared at some of the chaff that's snuck in there (hello Godsend), for which I entirely blame the cheapness of my local Asda.

In fairness, Starrcade 90 had a great brawl between Doom and the Four Horsemen (of Windham and Flair), plus some of the tourney matches (especially Chris Adams and Norman Smiley vs Konnan and Rey Misterio) were good

"Peace And Love" by Fountains Of Wayne

"Water And Solutions" by Far is utterly fantastic. I'd almost describe it as "emo", except that Jonah's voice is powerful instead of whiny, his voice unbelievably raw in places, and he doesn't spend his time whining about girls who don't care. DL's: "Waiting For Sunday" "Mother Mary" "Bury White"

The fact this match took place makes me feel very happy indeed

Gigantic: A Tale Of Two Johns- 9/10 One of the more entertaining and endearing rock documentaries I've seen, helped by the fact that I'm a big TMBG fan. Some genuine laugh-out-loud moments and a great list of guest appearances all add to the film too

I'd say Cena will lose his title first, just due to how many other options there are on Raw compared to Smackdown. The three biggest heels on SD are JBL, Eddie and Christian, none of whom I see taking the belt off Batista for the time being, due to current feuds or recent win/loss records. Turning Batista heel to fight Benoit or UT would be too soon after his faceturn and could hinder a match vs Lesnar at Mania. On Raw, Cena has Edge, Jericho, Angle, a heel-turned HBK and the returning HHH, all of whom (bar maybe Jericho) are legitimate title contenders who could take the title from Cena after SummerSlam

8 Heads In A Duffel Bag- 6/10 Not the total duffer I'd been led to believe. It may have been Pesci on autopilot, but it was suitably fun and any film where Joe Pesci tortures David Spade has to be decent Shattered Glass- 9/10 Great performances for Christensen and Zahn, but Peter Sarsgaard is sensational as the unpopular editor trying to do right. Watching Glass' deceit slowly fall apart as his lies get unravelled is fascinating viewing

Whatever happened to the following guys/why were they released? Chaz Alex "The Pug" Porteau Phantasio What was the point of the Headhunters entering the 96 Rumble as the Swat Team, if they were only going to job straight away and never be seen again? Were there any plans for them as tag team contenders?

I think a lot of people in the UK look on them as a band past their time. While they still sell loads of albums over here, the hysteria that met Be Here Now on release (before everyone realised how average it was) has faded, probably due to an increasingly poor set of albums. They seem to survive mainly on nostalgia and the hope that Noel Gallagher will one day write some good songs again
