I swear, I must go to the best store when you guys talk about this stuff. There's a Game Crazy connected to a Hollywood Video in Jackson. When I walk in, they don't ask if you want to preorder or anything like that. They ask if you need help finding anything, or to look up any games you were wanting to put on a waiting list or preorder or anything like that. Hell, when I got a used MGS3: Snake Eater for 9 bucks, he checked and saw it was scratched a bit and cleaned and buffed it for free. Looked on the comp and told me my MVP card expired and if I wanted to renew it (I did). Nothing about preorders or GET THE NEW SYSTEM TODAY stuff. Love that place. The EB in the mall on the other hand...... oy... Oh yeah, Game Crazy also had 3 PS3's waiting around in the back. NO Wiis in stock. Sold out.

Right now, this is TIGHT TIGHT race for MVP. You can make a case for quite a few stars in the league, and we could nod our head and agree with it.

FUCK. I forgot about the whole Utah thing. That makes the whole thing that much more interesting. Two of these teams will be gone by the final 8. Scary thought. And Kobe as MVP. I'm not a Kobe-hater like a lot of people. I think he is a GREAT candidate for MVP, but for me, he's sitting behind Steve Nash who is having an insane year for him, stat-wise, and my current MVP, The Zero Gilbert Arenas. Arenas is carrying Washington in nearly every way possible. He's been truly amazing this year.

Lakers, Rockets, Spurs, Mavericks, Suns How would you rank the five best teams in the league right now? I've got 1. Mavericks (Just have the feel of the best all-around team in the league) 2. Suns (they are scoring AT WILL, but the defense could still use some work. They are the Mavericks from 3 or 4 years ago.) 3. Lakers (they are getting the job done as long as Kobe is on the roster, and he supports his other teammates) 4. Spurs (They're the Spurs) 5. Rockets (Even without McGrady and Yao, they're keeping up with the Suns. After doubting them at the start of the season, I like them and hope Yao gets better soon. And McGrady stays uninjured.)

It is amazing, the gap between the Lakers, Spurs, Mavericks, Suns, and Rockets, and everyone else in the league. The wacky things is one of these teams is gonna end up as a FIVE seed. If they were in the East, they would be heading to the East finals with very little thought or trepedation.
