I suggested the 13 Senators with Walter Johnson. I don't know how many teams Al is planning on having. Al told me he wants 40 teams in altogether.

Even though I've given up the Suns/Bulls issue, I have to point out that last year was the same thing, with the West being a lot stronger than the East. But who won the NBA title? An Eastern team. Yes I know the NBA probably gift-wrapped that one, but it still happened.

Don't look at me, I picked the '72 A's.

So what are the rules for this grab the X or belt in the center? Will it be another one of those 3 stages deals? Or will be one of those double reverse deals? I thought that if it's going to be scaffold match, they would award the winner on who's the only one not stupid enough to agree to take a big fall.

I know, but my reason for wanting Chow is because I want to see San Diego become the USC of NFL; unapologetically high scoring, which San Diego is fully more than capable of being.

Who do they have left from within? Wade Phillips is now the Cowboys coach, while Cam Cameron is the Dolphins coach. I doubt they have any position coaches ready to step up and become head coach. Also, I think the loss of the two coordinators help seal Marty's fate, as the firing was due to a "dysfunctional relationship" between the GM and Marty, probably made worse by the fact that both wanted more input on the new coordinators than the other was willing to give. If they hire a coordinator to be head coach, the most likely target is Ron Rivera from the Bears, who was interviewing with the Cowboys at the least and was mentioned as a possibility for the Steelers, Cardinals, and others. In other news, Tom Coughlin is STILL employed. WTF? The Chargers still have a few assistant coaches left, though you're right, probably no one that could step in immediately and be a decent head coach. Now how about Norm Chow? Man needs a head coaching gig.

I think San Diego will just hire from within or hire a coordinator.

Business schools have fraternities?

I imagine it's going to be more like the class ridicules Michael for his quirks and Dunder Mifflin for its bad business model or something, and Michael turning the tables on them in the end. He never really wows anyone. He looks bad/stupid/incompetent 95% of the time, then redeems himself in the final 5%. This is going to be no different.
-
I think they made Michael over-the-top last week to balance it out with what I'm predicting to be the wise and mature Michael this week.

I wasn't saying that. Hence the "IF I DIDN'T KNOW BETTER...." remark.

Which makes it all more amusing you thought they would handle the Bulls with no problems. BTW, if Fokai is right in his last post, then look at this: Without Hinrich but with Nash in: Suns win by ONE point. With Hinrich but without Nash in: Bulls win by THIRTEEN points. Hmmm, if I didn't know better, Bulls have a better overall team, Suns just have a possessed point guard.

Good teams lose to bad teams sometimes. I do agree Bulls need to be more consistent with their winning ways though.

Now if WWE could take Apolo and Machete off TNA's hands, that'd be terrific.

Since the picture I used in my last post was deleted, I posted a picture of the movie poster of Joe Versus The Volcano, a Tom Hanks movie with a similar plot as Ikiru.

LAX would work better if they didn't have that oaf Hernandez part of it. Wait...what happened? If I remember correctly when they started...they were on fire. (Including Hernandez.) Although I guess fighting AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels helps.. But, other then that, what's changed? Oh no, I was never one of those people who found LAX entertaining. I like Homicide, but that's the extent of my interest in LAX. I don't like Konnan (though I understand why he is there) nor Hernandez. I wouldn't like Shocker or Machete or Apolo joining either.

I'm not being smug. I'm just tired of the Bulls not getting enough respect. I seem to recall a game between the Bulls and the Suns earlier this year, which IIRC, was close. So yeah, if someone makes a remark along the lines of having no troubles with the Bulls, I would take offense.

I don't really thing so. It;s really, really, really, really, really good. Absolutely mindblowing. One of the only movies to make me sob like a bitch, and thank the movie for it. Rumor has it DreamWorks is going to remake it. Tom Hanks is in discussions for the lead. Hollywood sucks. Too late.

Dunno. That abomination of a movie, The Departed, is released on DVD this Tuesday.

The problem is if he fails in TNA, WWE won't want him back for a few reasons: A. They see that RVD isn't going to light the competition's rocket on fire, so no rush to get him back in the fold, especially when you didn't really want him back in the fold to begin with. B. RVD went to the competition. THE COMPETITION. For someone that's looked so far down like RVD, that's going to be a killer. Just my thoughts.

Fame.. Because Brian Kendrick can't go anywhere without being mobbed. In truth, I think they sign with WWE for the money ( it would at least be a bit more steadier than working indies because you never know if the demand for you runs hot or cold at any given moment) and for the national exposure to at least ensure a steadier flow of gigs from the indies if you do get released/fired/leave.

Except you are given an offseason to rest from being a weary fan of a losing team. In wrestling? Constant reminders of why the product sucks.

Yeah Suns had trouble with the Wolves, but nope, the superior Bulls won't be any problems at all.
