I like the trade for both teams. It covers each teams needs.
The Knicks get a SG/SF that plays to Marbury's strengths (setting up outside shooting), he's young (25), can rebound at his position, and can run the break a bit. Although this guarantees we're taking Frye or another big man at 8. Frye, Taft, Villanueva, Bynum, Blatche, either one or two, whoever slips should be drafted by NY.
The Suns get that interior presence to help out Amare. Kurt is a solid guy, and would fit very well with a contending team like the Suns. He'll hit the jumpshot, grab a few defensive boards, and play solid D. I'm happy for him. He was good here in NY, and I wish him luck.
