  1. If I took Savage, I wanted to match up Edge with him. And Rowdy Piper was one of the people I wanted to match Hogan with. This draft is pretty unpredictable compared to the last draft.
  2. Some of my best friends are homos.
  3. It took me a while to find a good picture. That was after looking at a bunch of others and after I picked one out for the Pontiac Silverdome. At the 8th spot I was hoping for Shawn Michaels or Randy Savage. I just couldn't pass on Hogan even though Savage was there.
  4. Funny. I was choosing between Hogan and Savage, and actually had Detroit lined up as the arena before a last minute switch. Good pick.
  5. I was already setting shit up with other people in mind. I'll take it though.
  6. Alright, so after thinking about it for a bit I decided on the obvious choice. I started to project who might be available in the 2nd round in order to match up with this pick and realized that you won't get a bigger match than the one you'd have with this guy. He's the biggest face in wrestling history. He was also a great heel, and can get the crowd riled up either way. My pick is probably the greatest of all time.... Hulk Hogan. I'd like an arena that brings it. Rosemont Horizon (Allstate Arena): Chicago, Illinois
  7. Think of the WBC as their spring training.
  8. How did Shaq deserve it in 2005 when he had Wade on his team? Same team that made it to the 2nd round the year before. In 2006, Steve Nash led an Amare-less Phoenix Suns team to 50+ win season. Their playoff run was a pretty gutsy one.
  9. No one gets more out of their players, at least offensively, than Mike D'Antoni. Nothing OMG THIS SUCKS about that.
  10. The Suns weren't a horrible defensive team. They were about league average. Steve Nash was basically the only acquisition other than Quentin Richardson that helped turn a team around about 30 games. That's an MVP. I don't understand the Phoenix Suns hate when people HATED the way the Knicks and Heat played in the 90s. And the way the Suns play isn't any different than a shitload of teams in the 80s, 70s, etc. They all played a high paced style. The year the Lakers won the title in '87 they averaged 117 points a game. But now it's frowned upon? Fuck that.
  11. I already had a top 7 in my head, now I'll have to figure out that 8th guy!
  12. Speaking of which, thats my next pick. Ryan Spilborghs
  13. I'm going to draft an entirely new fed. Most likely if I get a different draft position at least.
  14. One city per person is a pretty good idea.
  15. Yeah I think managers should be like wrestlers. Use them any way you'd like. That's why I'd like singles all the way so it gives you more flexibility.
  16. I say at the end we judge by a super card instead of storylines or what not. Just make one card, this card represents your brand, and thats it.
  17. Matt Lindstrom.
  18. If Mellow doesn't want to run it, and Franchise doesn't want to run it, and I want to run it, I'll run it.
  19. I'm in for a second draft. I prefer the single selections because it avoids picks like Austin and Pillman and stuff like that. It's not like someone will pick Rick Steiner to be an ass after another guy picks Scott Steiner.
  20. Damn. I was hoping to draft him later on.
  21. This was my favorite draft. I'd like to do it again some time.
  22. LOL. Poor mascot.
  23. Tag matches never end in tag matches. It's always 2 on 2 with all hell breaking loose. When someone is about to put someone through an announcer's table, they always make sure to get the monitor out of the way because you want to hurt them bad, but not too bad. Most wrestlers have "street fight" attire. Everyone always finds the energy to get out of a sleeper hold and attempt to change momentum. Back to tag matches, the hot tag. The guy coming in is unstoppable.
