I could see Eddy as a heel. If he beat the shit out of Rey before stealing his mask, forcing Rey to run to the back hiding his face. Then you see Eddy spit on the mask or something. Although, I'm a Rey Mysterio Jr. mark, so Eddy just looking at Rey the wrong way would be enough to make me boo him.

Be Glad You Don't Go to This College...
AlaskanHero replied to AboveAverage484's topic in General Chat
Being a stereotypical "nigga" would probably be all types of fun at this school. I could see myself blasting some hardcore rap in the middle of their courtyard while preaching about the good qualities of drugs and alcohol. -
Ahh, well, I know it was Benoit's last PPV with WCW. If not Sin, then it may have been Greed.
-
I've been to two. One WWF House Show and a WCW PPV. The WCW PPV was Sin, I think. Was a while ago. I'm pretty sure it was Chris Benoit's last PPV.

Can anyone really tell any of them apart? It's like all the women are the same person but have recolored hair or bigger boobs so WWE can say that they're different people. Amy and Joy are the only ones that stand out because they actually have roles. Though they still look the same. Joy's the one with the tiara right?

What if Bret never got screwed at SurSer 97? What if he never even talked to WCW and stuck with the WWF? I'm surprised that one wasn't asked already

Ok, I understand that this would've been a good place to turn Batista, but everyone's saying how Batista/HHH could main event Wrestlemania and be for the title. It could be one of the biggest events to happen this year. So wouldn't it make more sense to do the turn on something that a lot more people would be watching instead of a "Throwaway PPV" that probably got between 200-250,000 buys? Saving it for Raw when more people are watching or even for the Rumble would be best because more people would buy that then NYR. If they turn Batista by the end of Rumble or the Raw afterwards (and to be nice, I'll give them the Raw after the Raw after the Rumble), then you should feel ripped off and start bitterly hating the WWE and their idiocy when it comes to booking.

So....is the point of these Kurt Angle Invintationals to show that he's better than the best of the city therefore giving him more heat?

I'm all for giving the diva-search reject women purpose, but it's kinda hard to care about them when they look exactly the same as all the other dark haired diva-search rejects. I swear, you could switch them all around and I wouldn't notice a thing.

How Many People Here Actually Have Dreams..
AlaskanHero replied to natey2k4's topic in The WWE Folder
Yeah, I'd like to wrestle in the WWE or anywhere. I am theoretically the right size to get into the WWE (exactly 6'3, 225lbs) and when I was younger it was my dream. When I first saw Tough Enough however, that sorta killed my dream for a while, then I read Mick Foley's books a few times. I read reports from others who wrestle to follow their dreams and it inspired me to one day follow mine. However, I'm gonna wait until after I graduate from college in 4 years and see what happens then. I've thought about a character and promos everyday for the last year or so. I'd be a character named Goliath and one idea was to be a silent, suplex machine, similar to Taz in ECW or be a kind of comedy character similar to the Rock, called The Franchise, where I claim to be the greatest and the sole draw in the company while getting my ass kicked. Or I could be serious and be a main eventer or somewhere in the upper-card. For those who have trained, where would you suggest going to school? The northeast, midwest (like Cincinnati), or the south (Atlanta)? -
I don't think Dames would make something like that up. He doesn't seem like the lying type. I know I'd jump at a chance to do anything with the WWE or even just wrestling. I wanna train to become a wrestler after I graduate from college, but if that doesn't work out, I'd love to become part of the writing staff or a booker. Hell, I'd be happy with a mailroom spot in the WWE's corporate offices. It's sad, but I love the business despite all the stories and I would love to be a part of it. Now to get back on topic, has this rumor been confirmed or even just addressed, by anyone?
-
I thought that was Chuck Pulumbo who didn't shake Droz's hand. Either way, it's just an excuse used by guys like the Undertaker to hold former WCW guys down. They want to keep their spots and honestly if you had a nice spot, would you want to give it up? And give it up to someone who was considered the enemy and only came because they had nowhere else to go?
-
Well, those small details are the same small details everyone in this folder would complain about and say how the writers were stupid for forgetting it. Either way, I think that's some good FBing there.

I'd appreciate it if someone posted the link to the OAO Board. For those who haven't memorized it's URL.

Michaels dropped the title to Austin squeaky clean (unless you count Mike Tyson counting the pin not clean). Anyways, I'm biased for: Rey Mysterio Jr., Kidman, Eddy Guerrero, Konnan, JBL, Monty Brown, CM Punk, and Paul London. I can't really think of anyone I'm biased against.
-
Rey packing the heat, wearing fatigues, and yelling in Spanish. No one knows how incredibly warm and fuzzy that made me feel inside.
-
If they really wanted to boost morale, the divas would be naked.
-
Honestly, they might lose the company at this point no matter what they do. But if they put it on Brown, they'll at least have a fighting chance. Better to go down fighting with a bang than with a whimper.

The best contract. I thought that was kind of obvious. Diva Search Winner gets $250,000 contract (though not guarenteed). Tough Enough Winner gets $1,000,000 contract (also not guarenteed). I assume all the others signed get small contracts, probably much smaller than the current talent. It all boils down to wanting money and fame.

WCW facts, tidbits, and stuff people forgot
AlaskanHero replied to JoeDirt's topic in General Wrestling
I second this. If this would happen, I would gladly watch. Though, I think backstage politics and egos and shit would cause this to fail in the WWE. But if WCW did this and Hogan, Nash, and Russo weren't there, I think WCW would've won the war. That or just gotten smark support. But it would've been cool as hell. -
Meh, I'm always up for raiding boards. I'll head over there and make myself heard.
-
On UPN....where they are now. Personally, I'd like to see Raw back on USA. The school I'm at doesn't get Spike, but it does get USA so I could watch Raw again. I wouldn't, but the possibility would be there.
-
None of the TE guys have to really do anything. It's already pretty damn obvious they're all getting signed and just working for the best contract. Anyways, the show looks acceptable to me, so I'll try to tune in.

Uh-huh. So, he actually said "You're really pretty"? To some supposedly ugly "divas"? Randy's officially a pussy. A pussy bitch. A pussy-ass bitch even. I mean, damn, he takes an occassional step forward then takes two steps forward. I try to like Randy, I really do, but when I hear him doing things like this, I start loosing all hope in him. Bah, The Pussy-Ass Bitch is disillusioning me and making me want to not watch wrestling anymore. I'm sticking with Smackdown until The Pussy-Ass Bitch disappears permanently or becomes just slightly cool. Whichever happens first. Besides, Smackdown has Rey-Rey. Rey can do no wrong. He's like Jesus. Just shorter. And Mexican. And wears a mask.

ECW facts, tidbits, and stuff people forgot
AlaskanHero replied to JoeDirt's topic in General Wrestling
What exactly was the Mass Transit Incident? I've heard people mention it and I keep thinking that someone took a bus and started running people over with it.
