I will probably be one of the few people posting in this thread tonight. I refuse to give up on Smackdown.

But, seeing how SD's been booked knowing Vince he'll think the low buyrate is because of Eddie and then takes the belt off of him and puts it on JBL. Not even Vicne can be stupid enough to put the strap on Bradshaw is he? And Smackdown need Paul Heyman back as the head writer or whatever the heck he was doing. The odds of those in charge blaming Eddie for a bad PPV draws and such are quite high. Eddie's the WWE Champion. As champion he is expected to be one of the faces of the WWE. He's expected to draw. He's expected to boost ratings. When you don't draw in new fans, increase ratings, and make buyrates rise, then you won't hold the title very long. Unless you're HHH. Ratings have been falling for Smackdown and the buyrate for JD probably isn't going to be that great, so Eddie is probably gonna lose the title shortly after JD bombs. Although there is the fact that Vince and Co. don't give a damn about Smackdown, so they might just keep the title on Eddie. Back on topic now. Bradshaw is entitled to his opinion, so if he wants to insult people, then he can. That doesn't mean anyone has to give a damn about what he says.

I'd love to see Konnan in the WWE and creating the Filthy Animals. I used to watch WCW just to see Rey and Konnan. Then I used to watch just to see if the Filthy Animals would appear. They were the ONLY reason I ever watched WCW.

Is anyone else getting a hobo vibe from Edge? He looks like a hobo to me. If I saw Edge on the streets, I'd expect him to ask for a quarter.

I'm gonna throw out some predictions that probably will be way off of what actually happens. HHH vs. Shelton- Probably gonna be good, but I see HHH winning because of interference. If Flair's there, I think he'll be doing the hijinks that get Tips the win. Probably gonna be 10 minutes long. Give or take 5 minutes. Batista vs. Tajiri- Tajiri's gonna get smacked around before misting Dave. Right when he goes for the pin the Kenzo runs out and starts making Tajiri his bitch. Ya smell that? That's the smell of ratings. Eugene vs. Conway- This is the only match I really want to see. Eugene's antics make me laugh and I wanna see him wrestle. Anyways, we'll have Rob laugh at Eugene as Dinsmore does some funny thing before actually getting to wrestling. Eugene will surprise Conway before getting the win after a failed Sylvan interference. You still smell the ratings? Good. The Orton vs. Edge- Orton wins. Period. Orton's still being groomed to be the next Rock (IMO). If you look at how The Rock's career was when he first started and compare it to Orton's then you'll see how eerily similar they are. Anyways, Orton will win after a back and forth match, by cheating (he's gonna grab for the tights during the rollup and MISS!). Something will cause Benjamin to come out and now Orton and Shelton can start their feud. Christian vs. Jericho- This had better be the end of the feud. I mean, once you've kicked each other's ass in a cage what else can you do? Anyways, Christian will win probably because of Diesal Tomko doing something evil. Or Jericho could win because he's the one who got hit with the oppression card. Christian stole Jericho's bitch! HOW DARE HE! Hmm, if Tyson is supposed to be Diesal, could it be a sign that Christian is to be the next Shawn Michaels? Just my thoughts. Anyways, those are my guesses on tonight.

I think Booker can make the gimmick work. I also think it'll get over. Why? Because everyone so far thinks it sucks. It's the Eugene-Effect. When everyone here hates something, it often gets over. I could be wrong though. The Eugene-Effect is still being tested.

Well, most of the CWs aren't big threats against anyone, seeing how I can't think of any outside of Chavo, Rey, and maybe Noble with a gimmick of some sort. Other than something really basic like "foreign guy" or "underdog". A loss against a woman, especially one who's known as being a tough bitch, isn't gonna kill Chavo's career too badly. Remember when Eddie had to share a title (I forget which) with Chyna? Look where he is. Holding the WWE title. He's headlining PPVs and stuff like that. Chavo could do the same one day. And what's with the women hate? Let the women be something outside of eye candy. It'll keep any women activists off the WWE's back plus gives someone a reason to watch. "Hey, Jimmy! Chavo's gonna get beat by a woman!" "*insert term for 'cool' here*! Let's watch!"

To me it looked like Chavo was gonna job either way. If TE Matt hadn't gotten the concussion you'd probably be angry about how "The Jobber" won. So which is better? The TE guy who (to my knowledge) has only had one televised match ever and who's last name I can't spell without looking at, as champ. Or Jackie who has a few shreads of overness from some point. And who cares if Jackie beat a guy? She's beaten guys before so it makes sense that she could get a win. Chavo Sr. interfered, allowing Jackie to get the low blow. That could cause a potential storyline right there with the two of them spliting. Either way, you know Chavito is going to get a rematch and the odds of him winning are high. Anyways, unless it involves Rey, I really don't care too much about the CW division. Yeah, I know that Paul London is probably great and all the other Cruisers are probably talented, but why exactly should I care about them? Anyways, with the belt on Jackie, they COULD push it out of the spotlight for a while until they find a contender outside of Rey for Chavito or until something is thought up for Chavito outside of the CW division. Yes, it would mean that Jackie would hold the title for a while, but if it gives Chavo a push towards the US or maybe even World Title, isn't it good overall? Damn, I didn't mean to rant, but oh well. Anyways, what I want to leave off with is that if people called you stupid after every attempt at an intelligent comment, then you wouldn't make an effort to make smart comments anymore. So why should Smackdown's creative staff make any attempts to please the people of this board when all they do is focus on the bad and make it seem like the world is coming to an end and call them stupid and make the idle death threats and stuff. Being pessimistic about the show is only going to make it bad for you and those who have to listen to you talk about it, plus it'll ruin the rest of your day since you'll be all disgruntled and in a bad mood since you're convinced that the show was bad. Just focus on the good. Like Eddie as champ. Rey back on Smackdown. Rico and Haas are getting consistant television time with an interesting gimmick. Judgement Day is close and once it's over Eddie can go on to something else. Hell, the JBL thing is good in it's own way. If they hadn't given him that gimmick, he could've been just generic heel Bradshaw. He could've returned to being Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw. Plus, he was in a match with the "beloved" Paul London. Yes, London was El Gran Luchador, but it still got him T.V time right? So just focus on the good and everything will work out, because what I've learned is that nothing sucks forever. The Detroit Tigers seem to have come around. The Bengals almost made the playoffs in about 12 years and didn't have a losing season. Hell, look at Raw. It was kinda low for a while, but it has turned it's act around. Smackdown will come back around soon as long as it's not canceled or anything before then. Dammit, I still ranted.

I want to see Ron Killings/K-Kwik come back.

I'm trying to stay optimistic, but I'm starting to think that the odds of HBK turning water into wine is greater than Eddie carrying JBL to an allright match. I'm making a guess that Mordecai makes a run in during a match. It would make sense if he costs the Undertaker his match, but the WWE doesn't have a solid track record for sense, right? Anyone ever wonder what the WWE would do if JBL got hit by a car or something?

If they were to sign Sting and Luger, how do you know they aren't gonna feed him to Orton? They are technically Legends. And Orton is still the Legend-Killer. Otherwise, I can't see any use for them other than trying to help Smackdown with the "Star-Power" of the two.

At this point, Jeff Hardy could appear on Raw or Smackdown at any point.

... You'd watch a show just for a Dudleyz match? I'd watch the show to see RVD and Eddie. And maybe Rey. Rey has always been my favorite.

RVD and Eddie vs. The Dudleys. That should be worth watching, I guess.
