In the Memory Manager, I keep hitting left until an icon looking like either the FPR logo or a memory card pops up then I hit X. Then I scroll over to the uncrush/move to MC option. That seems to get the job done. If I could see what I was actually doing, it'd probably be more helpful.

This happens to me too, are you playing on an HDTV? I am and it only happens on there. If I move my PS2 to another normal TV it works fine. This is happening to me on a regular crt TV. I'll try it out on a different tv today though...I didn't think the type of tv would have an effect, but who knows. I've got a normal CRT and I haven't tried other TVs. I've given up for the time being looking for a solution since I think I have the basic motions down to get it to uncrush and transfer it to a memory card. I've come to the conclusion that the programming is a piece of crap, but I got just enough out of it to not feel completely robbed of $15.

I'm having a blast just blowing off the main quest and doing the various subquests. Breaking into homes and stores and plundering at will is game by itself. Oh and native Divx support is a nice deal. I'll have to download the update as soon as I get home.

I'm sad that Billick isn't able to give an intense, Dennis Green level tirade about blowing every possible opportunity to win the game. If anybody takes New England now, as unlikely as it is, I hope it's a winless Dolphins team for the greatest double history eraser ever.

The newest Avatar game has an achievement where you simply have to link a 50 hit combo to get all 1000 gamerscore points the game has to offer. My friend padded her stats by unlocking the achievements literally in two minutes of playing time. Now that I'm finally in the current gen, I'm probably gonna pick up Oblivion over the holidays to tide me over during the winter break.

Ah, the technique of spinning in a circle and pushing the spacebar as quickly as possible in hopes that a buffalo or two gets picked off. Then the sadness of only being able to carry back a meager portion of the kill. Good times.

I'll now concur that Cortana in Halo 3 is a ridiculously frustrating level. I had a blast for the first seven chapters, then that level ruined the good times. When I finally got through that, the rest of the game was cake.

So I got my Max Drive today and whenever I go to the Memory Manager, there's a weird vertical hold effect that only happens on that menu. I managed to do the whole uncrush/move to memory card process for the FPR custom logos, but it was pretty hard since I could barely see the words. I'm looking through CodeJunkies' website and they have nothing I've found useful for troubleshooting whatever problem I'm having. AR Max isn't too great, but creating Zangief and wrecking people with piledrivers and suplexes most certainly is.

My CAW's second move is a CRITICAL! flying knee to the head and it's over. Awesome. I find myself cranking up Criticals to high for K-1 and MMA matches, but setting them to low when doing normal wrestling matches. Since this was a normal wrestling match, it felt alot sweeter. Waiting for my Max Drive to come in the mail. I'll probably go over to my local game store and pick up a used memory card to become my dedicated Fire Pro card.

I've heard alot about using a Max Drive to import Fire Pro saves. I've just now come to the realization that I have no idea what I should be looking for when I'm trying to get a Max Drive.

Finally got to play the drums as they finally have a Rock Band demo setup at my local Best Buy. I've played DrumMania for eternity now, so the way Rock Band's drum pads are positioned feel awkward to me. The feel of the frets and strum on the new Rock Band guitar are going to take some getting used to as well. I'm still on the fence on a purchase, but I'm leaning towards getting the full set while I still can.

I guess they threw in Mir since it would give Brock some credibility to have beaten a former heavyweight champion. Then again Mir has been first round TKO'd in 2 of his 4 comeback matches, so that's not really saying much. Like everyone else is saying, there's so many unknowns regarding Lesnar in an MMA fight that the result is going to be a complete crapshoot. Brock via GnP stoppage or Mir via submission are my two most likely scenarios. Of course my biggest question is how much is Lesnar going to get to potentially fail like Cro Cop?

I have the money down for a reserve at GameCrazy, but I also have a reserve for Phoenix Wright 3 that they've yet to recieve, so I don't know if I should hold my breath on getting Fire Pro at the release date there.

Today, I had a white girl on a cell phone merge left into a wide open fast lane to pass me and then nearly kill me trying to merge back in my lane. Had to slow down from 65 to 50 to avoid her. To make matters worse, after I got back to speed, she merged back into the fast lane as another car was about to pass her. Freeways in Sacramento are a fun place to drive since there is no such thing as a speed cushion here. You can be going 75 MPH on I-80 on a rainy day with clear traffic and people will still ride your bumper. Since September, I have yet to see an accident involving less than three cars when I make my morning commute.

I'm not expecting multi-million dollar budgeting, but I would think a serious Andre biopic is a bit too lofty for a shoestring budget style of filmmaking. A director's vision can only go so far without adequate resources. That's my nice way of saying it looks like the drizzling shits.

So I'm finally going to bite the bullet and get myself a 360 and most likely a gold Live Membership by the end of the year. Only two questions left: 1) Do I even consider used 360s as an option? & 2) Is it worth the extra cash to spring for an Elite?

Through the Fire and Flames on Expert wrecks my soul. It has everything in Guitar Hero that makes me cry, even with the even more lenient judgement system for hammer-ons.

I got that part. For all the things that Japan produces, converting the Evil Dead franchise into something called "Captain Supermarket" and producing that picture still dumbfounds me everytime.

Is it just me or did they made the hammer-on notes a little easier to recognize for GH3?

So, if this is legitimate, the defending champ dominates a former champ in the main event and combined they got paid less than Tim Sylvia in a non-title co-main event? I'm hoping that's not counting some behind-the-scenes bonuses, otherwise that's some bullshit right there.
