  1. I didnt think I was ever going to get to make a pick..just waitin on Roy's 2nd pick
  2. The sideline reporting has killed the game. "Lets ask all the free agents what their plans are in the middle of the game!"
  3. The Orioles are going to have 37 pitchers in camp for Spring Training. None of them have won more than 11 games in a season, only Mark Hendrickson has more than 60 career starts. Behind Guthrie and Uehara, the 3 rotation spots are up for grabs and the Bullpen is anyone's guess as well.
  4. I so thought this was going to be about dog food. My favorite application of the basic gravy is Creamed Chipped Beef.
  5. TNT Blows with their stretch-o-vision HD. I actually went ahead and deleted the HD channel from my guide. The straw that broke the proverbial camel's back was the fact that they take Bones, which has been in HD from the start, and use the 4:3 version and stretch the fucking hell out if it with their non linear stretch which I can't fix with my apsect button on my TV. Most of their original shows are in proper HD but I dont really like any of them.
  6. If you paid attention as to why Glenn likes Sarah Palin so much, you would know that he had two daughters that were born with forms of Cerebal Palsy. Complete sidenote, I just realized that Glenn and Sarah were born 1 day apart (Glenn's B-Day is Tuesday and Sarah's is Wednesday, both will be 45).
  7. FAVORITE TELEVISION ACTOR Jason Lee/My Name Is Earl Dylan Sprouse/ The Suite Life of Zack and Cody Cole Sprouse/ The Suite Life of Zack and Cody Nat Wolff/The Naked Brothers Band One of these doesn't belong.. Im surprised that if the lil brats watch MNIE that they wouldnt go apeshit over Ethan Suplee before Jason Lee. Im confused now. Some random guy dressed up as Batman.
  8. I dont think theres much chance that I can repeat now.
  9. I amazingly share the same issue that Glenn Beck had with this, and that is that she would have never been allowed to adopt kids (1, much less 8 or 14) given her current situation (no father, lives at home, etc) but yet there are no regulations on her having kids through the in vitro process which I know isnt the same as adoption, but still.
  10. Since I won one of the Universal Studios 7 day passes via the Super Bowl and Im planning to be in Florida sometime this summer, Im thinking about going to see the Os and Rays play in August. TB is only about 2 hours from Orlando. Im also contemplating getting tickets to the 3rd game of the Opening Series vs the Yankees which is a 1:05 game on a Thursday. Also, in a thread on Matt Bush over at the OH, this was posted: sounds like fun
  11. ABC Family has some crappy orginal dramas on at night though. Pregnant teenage girl drama! I did find it funny that last weekend (?) there was a 700 club Telethon on ABC Family...and it was in HD! lol.
  12. Whats the over under on how long before we need another trillion dollar Stimulus package passed RIGHT NOW!! I say by the end of the year. I cant wait.
  13. Legacy will eventually need a B Team!
  14. Also, Boomerang used to be great but now they have gone to playing more recent stuff instead of the old stuff. As far as I know they dont air Looney Tunes regularly anymore which was the last network to run Looney Tunes on a regular basis. They had a marathon on New Years and they usually do a Bugs Bunny marathon in June (June Bugs) but still..
  15. Id rather have Farney Freel.
  16. Palladia is also very awesome. Concerts and specials in HD, and latenight there are music videos in HD.
  17. Maybe, but the government shouldnt be forcing that on them.
  18. Talk is that he's going to start @ 3B next year. This year is a toss up but it clearly opens the door for them to move someone else in a deal, probably Scott. They also brought back John Parrish, who they traded in 2007 to Seattle. Toronto dropped him, though oddly enough they picked up Brian Burres who was dfa'ed by the Os in the move for Hill.
  19. Its the truth though. Who in the world is going to sit there and take that much of a pay cut to stay with a company that could very well be gone anyway in a year? At 1 million a year thats a 50% paycut. At 10 million a year thats a 95% pay cut. Maybe some of these senators who completely suck at their jobs should be forced into a 50% paycut. That would leave them with $85,000 a year which is still about $50,000 more than the average person in America makes.
  20. I cant wait for Mad World on March 10th.
  21. The $500,000 pay cap is a brilliant move. Companies wont want any bailout money now, and if they do, their CEO's will leave to companies that can pay them more. No one is going to want all the headaches and crap associated with running a company and only get paid $500,000, so the company will go in the tank anyway after taking bailout money. Brilliant plan!
  22. LOL I would love to have Wieters, but not at the price of a 1st rounder when I already have the best Catcher in Baseball, who is only 25 years old, locked up with an 18th round pick. Wieters wont even start the first two months, so it puts MJ at a disadvantage for 2 months as well. .
  23. February sweeps? Dog Show but its on CNBC on Monday night when RAW is on. Remember when RAW used to get bumped for the Dog Show? I bet Vince remembers.
  24. Interesting add. But I guess they can use the EC to put over some fresh faces when Cena winning is a foregone conclusion. Knox outlasted Shad, JTG, Dolph Ziggler, Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes in a six-man battle royal to secure his spot in the EC - quite the line-up. They probably needed Knox as a base for Kofi and Mysterio during the match. I'd expect another heel added to even up the sides, Orton maybe. I wonder if we'll see Knox and Jericho vs Kingston and Mysterio this week on Raw. Im trying to figure out who is left that they could add. It wont be Orton, Im fairly sure. It almost has to be JBL, with him winning a last chance battle royal among everyone that lost (Punk/Regal/HBK/JBL/Kane/Guys that Mike Knox outlasted).
  25. Holmes did have both feet down for that td, even if it was only the tip of the 2nd foot.
