Supposedly newer generation Plasmas dont have as much of a burn in risk, and to be honest, it would probably only really be a problem if you did nothing but watch WWE PPVs 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I think if you are truly worried about burn in, you should probably look towards DLP or LCD instead.

I've gotten a ton of games at CC clearances/messed up sales. off the top of my head FZero WWE Day of Reckoning Wrestlemania 19 $5 Soul Calibur II Sonic Mega Collection $5 Viewtiful Joe $5 XIII Simpsons Hit and Run $5 SSX3 Medal of Honor Frontline $5 Im almost to the point where, I'll wait around for their clearance sales on certain games..

I bought an upconverting DVD recorder at Best Buy for $189, which makes regular DVDs look nearly like their in High Def on my nice High Def televsion set, and I can record stuff too. And when Sony releases the PS3 with a bluray drive, the battle will be over. $500 for a PS3 with a bluray drive vs $500 for an HD-DVD player? Which would you choose? Nevermind the fact that standalone Bluray players will cost $1000+

Theres good news/bad news with this sale this go around. Good news is that my CC almost always has had a good selection of the clearanced games in stock a couple of days after the list gets out, so I should be good if I go tomorrow. A real big THANKS to whoever dropped Jameer Nelson..I gave up on him way too soon and should never have dropped him in the first place although he did struggle out of the gate. But he's having a monster 2006 so far, and with Francis suspended indefinitely, it only gives him more opertunities.

OT: But I was surprised when I found out that 2k sports was actually going to release MLB 2k6 on the Gamecube. I was thinking this was going to be my only new option for a baseball game this year which would have me passing on it. Im probably still going to pass on 2k6 (early bad reviews) but anyway..

Dr. Dolittle 3 on IMDB I hate to say it, but it was like the 3rd result in a google search for Doctor Dolittle 3. Yes, there is a Dr. Dolittle 3, but unfortunately its not getting a theatrical release (FOX decided to go direct to video with it after Murphy opted out). That part I did not know..but that doesn't save it from the fact that it has been made and will be released next month. Fox probably doesn't have a page on it for obvious reasons.

Im also surprised that they would waste the 7th match in the best of 7 series on SD instead of waiting until RR..although the whole thing was stupid after Booker T got hurt. But the best thing seems to be that Jillian Halls mole will be gone. Maybe Boogeyman thought it was a cinnamon bun.

Dumb and Dumber certainly didn't need a prequel where the funniest thing in it is Bob Saget's couple of appearances. I dont even think a sequel with Carrey and Daniels would have been as good as the first. Heres just a small sampling of the sequels coming out this year that aren't needed: January Big Momma's House 2 (especially if this is the only reason Shelton Benjamin's mama showed up.. February Dr. Dolittle 3 (doesn't even have Eddie Murphy in it..go figure that out) Final Destination 3 (this franchise could keep going on and on if they wanted..) March Basic Instinct 2 (has there been anyone for the last 14 years going "damn, I want a sequel to this!") April Scary Movie 4 (I think they've run this into the ground enough? No doubt they'll also be running the Date Movie spoof "Date Movie" which comes out in March into the ground as well..) May MI 3 (lets give Tom Cruise another month of publicity time to embarass himself) June The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (ooh, Japanese Drift Racing...) Garfield 2 (By far the biggest offender of all on this list..the original barely did well and they go and make a sequel. I think Jim Davis is a whore..)
