Replacement = Paul London No way London and Kendrick both get title shots at the same PPV. The world would explode to that happening. -

#1 Movie May 28-31 1982 - Rocky 3 Star Trek 2 was #1 the following week and then ET went on to be #1 off and on for the rest of the year.

Should be Rey Mysterio instead of Jeff. Kane left him hanging around somewhere.

The basic formula to lose 1 lb a week is to figure out your BMR and the amount of calories you need per day to maintain your weight and then knock off 500 calories per day either through eating less or exercise. After 7 days you will have cut back 3500 calories which is the equivalent of 1 lb. You can keep doing this but with the extra weight you lose, you'll have to adust your BMR and the amount of calories needed to maintain the new weight which will be slightly different. The major difference in this plan is that there's no trickery to your body or anything and you'll be much more likely to both stay on the diet and continue to lose the weight AND keep it off. The major problem for most is that its only 1 pound a week and a lot of people want to lose more than that, but losing more than 2 lbs per week (1000 calories less per day) no matter what your body weight throws your metabolism off too much and causes the common problems of gaining the weight back easily and not being able to stay on the diet. Once you hit your target weight, you only have to keep your calories at the maintaining weight level and you wont gain any back (though with exercise you could lose more). The reverse principle is why people gain weight. If your BRM equates out to 2500 calories per day to maintain your current weight and you eat 3000 a day for a week, you'll end up gaining 1 lb. Heres a BMR calculator to help you I really should have gone for my BS in Nutrition. damnit.

That sounds like the stupidest diet ever. Your body needs a certain amount of calories per day in order to function, which is your Basal Metabolic Rate. A person of your height/size needs about 3000 calories a day just to maintain your weight. Cutting back to 500 calories, is a huge reduction in that amount (2500) plus excercise would obviously lead to weight loss since 3500 calories = 1 lb of fat, but its doing more harm to your body than knocking the weight off. I dont even want to tell you that HCG is a female hormone, which is what the pregnancy tests look for to determine if a woman is pregnant or not. Theres a ton of side effects as well, the least of which is Man Boobs (which, if you're a little pudgy like me you have anyway so..) as well as headaches and high blood pressure.

It wasnt much fun just posting myself the night I downed 3 Rockstars. Theres no real reason to come here if all you can do is see the Gulag forum and no one else can post anything besides you and mods. Although as I learned the Chat room is still available though even if you are gulaged. Maybe these so called "castoffs" will go to the chatroom and liven it up a bit? Although I dont know if its any better that I can see the sports/CE folder and read posts but not post anything. I think Id rather not be able to even see them like when I was gulaged.

Are you on drugs? Right now seems like the only chance in the foreseeable future where Kozlov can serve any kind of pertinent uppercard purpose. But he's not ready..and the fans wont buy it.

I got a little carried away with the "Os might win the wildcard" stuff, but the fact is Im still excited about their chance to finish .500 for the first time in 11 years. The Os have a top 5 offense but are waaaaaaaay back in the pitching department.

Statham is turning into one of my favorite actors. He's had a string of good movies (I dont have any desire to see Dungeon Siege so I dont know about that) with Revolver, Chaos, Crank, War and the Bank Job, and Im looking forward to the Brazilian Job, Crank 2 and Transporter 3 as well. Im not sure about Death Race though.

I REALLY hope they dont get crazy and try and do HHH vs Kozlov to capitalize on the events with Russia while they can.

I was disapointed to find out that I couldn't post in Sports Folder as well as CE (I can understand CE). Im not going to deny being a homer, but come on..there are several posters who are "homers" as well.

I want to know when Kmart decided to cater to wrestling fans with DVD deals. I know they've pretty much always carried WWF dvds, but they would always be way overpriced there vs even a ripoff place like FYE.

5 Year Anniversary of the Great TSM Crash

That seems like it was 10 years ago, not 5 though. -
Season 3 DVD set has an insert for a Prison Break game coming out in February. Figures its only for PS3/360 though. We're not too far off the Season 4 premiere either...can't wait.
