The Simpsons have lost that little bit of magic that made it so special. Now its barely an above average show. The jokes that used to be subtle and clever are being forced too much. Pick up the Simpsons Season 5 and you'll have plenty to watch on Monday nights. Or you could play video games. There are some great games out there right now.

Well the Rockets can look on the bright side. At least they didn't draft Jay Williams. As bad as he looks at times Yao is still averaging 19 points and 8 rebounds.

Wow. Yao Ming has the footspeed of a cow and similar jumping ability. And he gets pushed around by 6-10 forwards.

Well Richard Jefferson is out for the season. He was having a great season and should be named to the All Star team anyways. Jefferson breaks wrist: Out for season That kinda kills a lot of fantasy teams including mine.

The theatrical trailer looks pretty sweet. The Rock looks like he slimmed down a lot for his role.

I used to go with PS2 for multi-console games because I loved the controller especially for sports. But last summer I opted to get NCAA and Madden on Xbox and I will never go back. The loading times on PS2 are ridiculous and the graphics inferior. Also having a hard drive and ethernet port built in make it so much easier. I would like to pick up a Gamecube eventually but I just don't have the money to buy all the games I want and a new system. Maybe RE4 will convince me to get one.

Jermaine Oneal pledged to donate $1000 for every point he scored on Thursday. He ended up scoring 32 but decided not to donate it to the tsunami victims. Instead he donated $55,000 for the 55 he scored on Tuesday.

The Lions need a co-ordinator who is good with quarterbacks. They've invested too much in Harrington to give up on him and they should focus on making him better. They should look at someone like Rick Neuhiesel who reporterdly is interviewing for the Ravens OC.

I dont think Parrish will go very high. He's a dangerous return man but probably wont get many looks from teams needing a good receiver due to his size. He looks to me like Antwan Randle El light.

This looks to be a great game. Lee Corso calls this the best talent EVER assembled on a college football field. I'm hoping USC wins but it really could go either way. Nice to see Shaq came out for the game.
