I was in High School during the dark ages (1993-1997) so wrestling was really never discussed at my school. There were still some kids left over from the 80s boom who I talked wrestling with in junior high but by high school it was never brought up.
Talked with a lot during college though (97-01)
I was there opening night the same day I had a cavity filled (which was worse?).
My father has always hated wrestling and I knew he was ashamed of me for wanting to see the movie and pissed that he had to sit through it.
even though I was 10 I knew the movie sucked.
The Zeus angle confused me and was a reason that I only watched the WWF casually in late 89 into 1990
Sportswriters have been waiting for years to give the award to someone the size of Pedroia and they finally got the chance.
He deserved the award but like Cheech said he won for off the field reasons (size, heart, scrappiness)
All the wrestlers (including the faces) laughing and breaking kayfabe during Santino's bit in the opening was awesome.
Mickie James just loses it when he does the little pose at the end of the rap

RIP FJM
It was a tremendous (ha) 3 1/2 years.
with Mike Schur in charge of the new Office spin off with Amy Poehler this was inevitable

Holy shit does that sound awesome.
and of course great to see Norm get work. If his new FX show is green lit he might be making a (long deserved) comeback
add me to the list of people who think 30 Rock is a tad overrated.
as Bob said, Jane Krakowski is awful and her presence kind of kills the show for me
Larry Sanders smokes it in every way possible as far as a "behind the scenes" type show
Kath and Kim has a few funny lines a show (mostly between Selma Blair and the actor playing her husband) but it's pretty much crap.
and I'll repeat what others have said, Selma Blair is incredibly hot
yeah the beginning made it seem like they were going to kill Obama but then they jumped right to the McCain bashing to even it out.
does seem like they are leery of Obama but are willing to give him a chance
The closest I've ever come to walking out of a movie was Twister. The only reason I didn't was that my younger brother was with me and he was into disaster movies at the time (he was 13 or so).
Definite top 5 of the worst "mainstream" movies I've ever seen.
