Why? There's no need for another show. This was an awesome sendoff to ECW, and there's no need at all to go beyond this. Anything after this is just a bastardization done simply for the money. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That was the whole point of this - for Vince to test whether or not ECW is still viable in today's market. The answer is clearly "yes".

Tazz had "War Machine", I'm certain. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'd bet it was one of the Harry Slash versions that was included in the ECW Music Catalog sale. Taz only used the KISS version of "War Machine" for a few months in ECW.

I think it had more to do with everyone that hated Bischoff going over him. And Austin had the best story of getting fucked over by Eric, so hey, why not?

On Byte This during a video package they showed the ECW on TNN logo. I guess they liked it, but they could have at least blurred out the TNN part cuz it looks dumb. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ECW used the "ECW On TNN" video opening for Hardcore TV long after they were off TNN. It just looks cool, I guess.

It's interesting to note that Awesome/Tanaka is listed above Sandman/Dreamer vs. Dudleys on WWE.com. So perhaps that means Awesome and Tanaka will close out the show instead of ECW vs. WWE. Which would be a good thing.

Directv has it listed as 3hrs and 30mins...FWIW... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That time might include a 30 min. pre-show.

I think that might be why they're rushing the DVD out - they might have only bought music rights for a month and by putting the discs out soon after they won't have to edit anything. But we'll see.

You have to wait for the schedule data to be downloaded. If it doesn't happen within the next few hours, call your cable company and they can "zap" the information to your digital cable box. Usually after power outages you'll see "no data" on the channels.
