Thats odd. If you look at the schedule at Yankees.com, theres a week break after the Yankees play the Twins to when the Yankees play Toronto.

I'm probably wrong, but I'll ask anyway. The Yankees and Sox both have six games left. The leads 4 1/2 now. If we win one game in this series, the lead would go down to 3 1/2 games with three games remaining for both teams. So don't the Yankees clich the division if they win one game against the Sox?

I gotta hand it to the Orioles. Even though they lost two out of three, they played a HELL of a series against the Sox. They could have even possibily swept the series if it weren't for Lee's HORRIBLE coaching. And, we have a 4.5 lead again, meaning if we get swept by the Sox, we need to lose 2/3 to the Twins, and they need to win 2/3 or better to win the division against the Orioles.

On the somewhat bright side, Strurtze SO needs to take over the 7th inning role.

With a 3 and a half lead going into Boston on Friday, and with the chances of a sweep, and with three games with the Twins to end the season, I'd say were in deep shit.
