I am not trying to say that Adam wasn't a badass because he was sure as hell as one. But THE BEAST was more powerful than Adam or Hamilton. He broke Connor's bones, which had never been done before. He beat Wes, Gunn, Angel, and Lorne in a fight in which they had weapons. All THE BEAST had was his rock solid fists. Then he destroyed Faith no problem, a slayer, making her his little bitch. When Buffy fought Adam, all she had was that lil scratch on her head, while Faith was alllllllllllllll fucked up.

Yeah but the list was about how badass/strong they were. He was a moron, but if the only way you could kill it was by a weapon forged from himself, that is pretty badass. Yeah but Angel killed Hamilton with a punch to the face that snapped his neck. Plus, Angel just drank a little amount of his blood. He didn't suck the guy dry or anything. The thing about Adam was that he was man-made, which gave him an advantage. And that gun was cheating.

My DVD player gives the option of making widescreen and I am sure most others do the same, seeing how mine is pretty old. When TNT shows Angel, they show it in fullscreen. The fullscreen ruins it because half of the time, people are out of frame.

I just picked up the DVD the other day and I noticed the same thing. I was also VERY disapointed in the extras.

Tim is a damn fine story tellar. He was to Angel season 3 as Marti was to Buffy season 6.

Connor's still the main charcter. I'll get to it later, but basically Faith is there because Buffy was totally unwilling to come in and save Angel's ass after his joining Wolfram and Hart. He's dug his own grave, he can dig himself out type of deal. But Faith feels indebted to Angel, and she's not really going to get held back by Buffy. I like their interplay, and I needed a female lead. It's all about Connor though, discovering his destiny, re-discovering his past, finding his place, and whooping ass. I just can't see how that would work out, but if you can figure it out all power to you.
