AMERICAN IDOl-SEASON 5: THE THREAD

I wonder what Ace was thinking when Taylor was slapping him on the back saying "sorry buddy" after the group that he chose all got to sit down. Also, it was amusing that he ruined Ryan's "swerve joke" by walking to the loser group first only to shake Chris's hand and stroll back over to the winner side. -
Hoffy doesn't post as much as he should anymore.

where you been lately, man? Too good to holla on Yahoo now?

I was actually just messing around with Carnival because he loves him some The Czech Republic.
-
yeah, someone had mentioned that before. Carnival, stop stalking Czech so he'll come back and post like a normal individual rather than hiding behind other names like a pussbar.

no one's dumb Kotz, they just don't feel like playing "Guess The Poster" or "Hey Who Am I Going To Post As Today?"

AMERICAN IDOl-SEASON 5: THE THREAD

no, that will kill the show as Simon is solidly behind 1 or 2 contestants right from the get go and will ALMOST ALWAYS back them...it's fine enough as it is with the judges "influencing" America. There's no doubt in my mind that AI executives have been and still are rigging this thing so that we get shocker bottom 3s every so often in order to increase ratings and votes. That's probably why people high up on dialidol are sometimes in the bottom 3 and AI is trying to stop operations on that site. -
I've usually been DVRing it and watching it the next day, so I haven't seen last night's episode yet. Good show so far, though it doesn't reel me in like Nip/Tuck...Andre Braugher is always fantastic, Clifton Collins Jr. (Gonzalez Gonzalez) is usually always solid as well (he was awesome in 187), Malik Yoba is decent and the hispanic fella that starred as the head of a crime family in that shortlived NBC series is alright. I'm more curious about when the situation with his stepdaughter comes to head more than I am the actual heist.

the problem here is that everyone (myself included) tries to "one-up" everyone...who can flame the best, who can outsmart the fastest, etc. Everyone tries to be "the coolest kid on TSM" and it really kills a lot of good discussion. I mean, it's to the point where you have to read, re-read and re-read again what you typed before you post it because there's always at least one asshole who will crack on you no matter what you say. oh and I feel you on the parenting thing, my daughter is 3 and we have another one due in September so I'll be right there with ya!

I'm surprised no one has posted the inevitable "corn stalk pic"

heh, KKK and I are from the same age grouping and yes, Junior year was complete and total slack off year for me...it was so bad I failed the freshman/sophomore level of Spanish class one semester and had to retake it Senior year...kinda of fun being the only senior in a group of freshmen and sophomores. -

that's why I never had big parties at my house...that right there. Whenever my folks left, I had my closest friends and maybe a few others that I knew well enough over...I think I've had maybe 10 people at the most over at any given time. Wifey and I housesat once and had some people over, since my folks have a pool table, hot tub and all that good stuff, but we kept it very contained and it was people (and their signifigant others) we knew and my family had known through me growing up. At my own house, I've had maybe 8 or 9 people at the most...the exceptions would be birthday parties for my daughter, but again, we don't throw stupid bashes like a lot of parents like to do...you know, invite 100 of their own friends over when it's not THEIR birthday, it's their kids' birthday. 100 adults and like 3 kids total. You know what I'm talking about. -
Leena and I have an interesting E-relationship, to say the least.
