  1. Hayabusa with Vince and Shane.
  2. Casual fans care about what they see on TV and that's it. That's why they're called casual. If you take the time to go online to look stuff up, you're not just a casual fan anymore. Not every fan goes online to look stuff up, just because they have the internet. Do you think if Joe makes the jump to the WWE, do you think he will be neutered down like everyone else that came from WCW/ECW or do you think they will leave him be? Do you really need to ask that question?

  4. I'm surprised he hasnt gotten any "Joe's Gonna Kill You" chants..Since they're cousins and everything and he's the anti-Joe and if you follow wrestling even casually, you would come to the conclusion that Joe is probably the best full time compeititor right now...at least in the US side of things....Because of his versatility.. Casual fans don't know Samoa Joe exists. They barely know TNA exists.
  5. 9/10/06 GeeseGeese PBP.
  6. I don't think even tentative plans were made for Shawn post-WM14. At the time, anything I heard regarding Shawn began and ended with him dropping the belt to Austin. I don't know if it was solely down to his back, though once it was clear he needed time off any plans there might have been for him were off the table. I know they didn't want to say or do anything that could provoke him into having a temper tantrum, because they were set on him putting over Austin, and he wasn't happy about that, to the point he insinuated he might not do the job at all, which in turn led to Undertaker having his infamous 'word' with Shawn.
  7. No. Shawn took time off, which ended up being almost four years, bar one match for his TWA group, because of his back. Also never going to happen.
  8. --The main event for Cyber Sunday, which may be announced tonight, is John Cena vs. Big Show vs. King Booker. As of this afternoon, the plan is for none of the three titles to be at stake in the match. It's probably a way to set up a three-way promotional feud for Survivor Series. --Regarding the loser of tonight's Kane vs. Umaga match, the plan was for the loser to go to Smackdown. I'm told that over the weekend the idea was changing every minute. It is still probably Smackdown, but it is possible it will be changed to ECW. From tonight's WO.com update.
  9. Fixed.
  10. I don't think they want Batita facing Booker T again. They cut that program short for a reason. I can see them going the route of a 'serf' beating his king for the World title. They can do some great comedy out of that. King Finlay.
  11. At the Strike Force show last night, Paul Buentello KO'd Tank Abbott in 43 seconds.
  12. The fans couldnt't see the action, hence the chant.
  13. If they're serious about putting Batista against Finlay to get Batista back to where they want him, I can see Finlay winning the belt so he and Batista can have a lengthy program, which will see Batista get his heat back and will end with Batista getting the World title back.
  14. Wait it costs $90 to get the WON? Damn For $90 you get 40 issues, plus two free back issues covering any two major stories you want from 1991 onwards.
  15. When has "having no reason" to not do the right thing ever stopped Big Lazy from not doing the right thing before?
  16. Apparently, the latest WON says Marty Jannetty has been fired already.
  17. From Meltzer. Make no mistake about it, this will leave a big hole in AAA. Bob Barnett has said that Pena's nephew and Konnan will take over the book with AAA, and also that Pena apparently has pre-booked the next five TV tapings.
  18. From Meltzer. *insert joke here*
  19. So what is the real rating? The 3.6. If Raw ever got a 1.7, you'd be able to hear Vince swandive off of Titan HQ.
  20. Raw got a 3.6 this week.
  21. ECW got a 1.7 this week.
  22. --The change in the main event for Sunday's No Mercy to a four way with Batista, Finlay, Booker and Lashley for the title was due to the fact the company believed nobody bought Lashley as a top contender and the buy rate wouldn't be any good. The company's feeling is Batista is the biggest draw on the brand and it helps to get him in a challengers role, which was the original plan to begin until they changed to Booker vs. Lashley. From Meltzer. Meltzer talked about it on WOL on Sunday, and said he spoke to someone who has read the first volume. It's apparently tremendous and very, very big.
  23. You mean with Awesome winning the title back? I have that, and it's not 3:00; it's the full television version, and it goes about 11:00.
