With the "netroots" playing a bigger role in elections (we would not have a Senator Webb or a Senator Tester without them) I think actual positions on issues and votes like this one will play a bigger role in the nominating process. I could be wrong.

It is one of the worst pieces of legislation passed in recent history, in my opinion.
