I'll be switching to it to at least keep myself up to speed, I just most likely won't get to see complete eps until the marathon. I've no problem with checking in on the discussion.

It's actually "They laughed when I accused my parents and I killed them...let's see if they'll be laughing nooooooooooooooooow". I love that episode. Servo's "I like jello" quip when they show the fat guy in the courtroom still puts me in fits of laughter.

I was going to post some of this stuff since I too get the Observer, but you beat me to it. I'm glad to hear that Shane has verbally agreed to come back. I think he and Kazarian were a great team that played well off each other. With the Dudleys coming in, the NAO reuniting, the impending AMW heel turn, a Kazarian/Shane reunion, good old Team Canada, amongst other duos, the tag division is looking strong heading into the Spike debut and beyond. Sting would be a good face to have around, but if he's going to come in and not be motivated, I'd much rather they leave him be. I'd also hope that he doesn't hold them up and have them bring Luger in, as he did in the past. When 3LK dissolves, I wouldn't mind seeing some type of DX redux with Nash, The James Gang and Waltman (if Sean sticks around). I still have a bad feeling that the crowd longing for the NAO reunion is going to make Konnan and Killings heels by default, unless they did something where say, Team Canada is outnumbering 3LK and Kip James makes the save, reunites with BG, and stays on good terms with Konnan/Killings. Having Ortiz around is good for the crossover promotion, and he did well with his role at Hard Justice. They could build up Ortiz/Brown, since it was teased at Hard Justice.

Hearing that FX is going to run a marathon is good news, because with both RAW and football on Mondays, it's going to be tough to tape. I loved the show (caught the encore presentation of the premiere) and will definitely follow this. At least hearing about the marathon means I won't have to wait until a DVD release (pending the show is successful, of course).

OK, so this week we'll have to have the 4 Way Ladder/TLC match for the Tag Titles announced (Paging Mr. Woolery, Mr. Chuck Woolery). That match will be next Thursday. With AS behind us, now it's time to up the Originals/Upstarts feud. I know CC's gotta call it quits for a bit now, which throws a wrench in some of the Upstarts ideas. Just gauging people here to see what's going to go on.

Hmm, if that's the case, maybe a switcheroo? Maybe KC can start it off, then Tony, then Eski, then me?

I didn't edit the match out at all. The only thing I had edited was a portion of the LDDF entrance.

They should have Benoit vs. Rey for the US Title in a face/face match, although I'm guessing it'll be JBL vs. Benoit. I'd also like to see Crazy/Psicosis vs. MNM for (hopefully) the tag titles.

Backstage, Calvin Szechstein sits with his feet propped up on his desk, chatting away on his cell phone, when we hear his door open. Cal looks over and offers a smile to the interrupting party, then resumes his conversation. "Hey, listen, Ashton, let me call you back, k? Yeah, no, you're on the list, it's no problem. Alright, I'll check you later." Cal flips his phone shut and puts it on his desk, then gets himself together, sitting all business like for his company, which the camera reveals to be ZACK MALIBU once it pans over! "Whatever, Cal, you know what I mean." "Look, I know you and Rodez, you might be both on the same side, but you're not necessarily on the same page. I know there's a little history there from earlier this year, but the past is the past, right? I mean, you and I know that more than anyone." "I just want to know how you came up with putting us together. What's the deal there?" "The deal? Two world-class athletes, not to mention you've got qualms with the GPX, and a little lingering bad blood with a Mr. Dan Black. Need I go on?" "No." snaps back Zack. "Zack, I know what you're worried about. Rodez, he's more of a fit for this little crew Drek Stone's pulling together, but truthfully, I don't think he wants any part of it. This is a chance, a goodwill gesture towards the newcomers and the young blood. You teaming up with Leon is going to go up Drek's ass, because it's going to show the world that what he's saying is false, and that you do give a damn about the talent trying to establish themselves." Backstage, Zack Malibu walks the halls, looking around for his soon to be tag team partner, Leon Rodez. As Malibu asks several road agents and other personnel if they've seen him, Leon himself comes into view. "Malibu! I've been looking for you." "Same here." The two men approach each other, and Zack extends a hand to greet Leon, who thinks for a moment, then shakes the hand of his one time enemy. "Look, I'm just as surprised as you are, Zack. But I talked to Cal myself a while ago, and I've got to hand it to the man, he makes a good point." "Yeah, I hate it when he does that." "I know what you mean. Look, you and I, we don't have the best history..." "That seems to be a recurring theme these days." "...but we can make this work. You've been in the ring with nearly everyone in the company, and I'm hungry to prove myself. No matter how random it may seem to us, this team can work." It's insecurity and professional jealousy taken to the next level. Me, I might be too secure with myself, I might brag a little too much here and there, but let me tell you something-I'm not looking to get by by any other means other than working to get to the top, and next week, Zack, I've been given an opportunity. I've been given the chance to get another OAOAST Championship, one that I can share with the person who is the star representative of this company, and THAT is something that I want to work." Zack smirks, while Leon just nods his head. "That's just the way it is, Zack. I'm coming clean with you. If I were to pick a side, right here and now...I'm backing The Originals." Malibu seems relieved that not everyone has been brainwashed by Drek Stone. "Alright then, Rodez. You and I need to talk, because we've gotta prepare for something." "You mean the match, right?" "I mean the war."

I'll try to do one in the middle of working, stressing, making myself sick, and trying to finish my SWF match, lol.

You know something, I just had an idea for PK and Parka... For a few weeks, we can tease the reunion of The Dream Machines. They can each save each other from interference, etc. Just slowly build it, and then have each one drop hints about how it's nice to have the other on the "right side". Then you could make it where Parka (if he agrees to this) is leaning towards the Upstart side. Hell, he can even reference how Zack took out the Dream Machines on one of the early HD's. PK can say they should stick with the Originals, and that's where their allegiance belongs, until it winds up with the two feuding rather than teaming. As for the ladder match, I'd have SJ interfere somewhere in the middle, but not at the end, that way Black can have to go at it by himself for a while, with Tony laid out in the ring/at ringside.

Zack/Rodez are winning the tag belts in the ladder match. My take on explaining Zack/Rodez is that Calvin announces the match this week, and we get word from all the teams. Cal can put us two together as the Wildcard tag team, and sort of use Zack's own philosophy against him, saying that it's good for the company because 1)Zack teaming with a younger star will disprove Drek's claims, 2)Rodez has his own Upstart problems lately, and 3)It just makes things interesting, and interest=ratings. Me and KC can then do a promo where we do our best to get along and get a strategy going.

How can you fight SJ next week when that's the ladder match!?!?

I think we were going to keep Triple C, but turn Coach heel and have Caboose be more faceish, but in the snide type of way. He's agreed to be an Original. Writers for the ladder match are me, Tony, Eski and KC at this point. If anyone wants to contribute (I just have the itch to produce a helluva match), it's welcome. I'd actually like us to get cracking on it this week, that way it's not rushed. I've got a bunch of spots planned for it already.
