The thing about williams is that he never really over dribbled. He always dribbled to do SOMETHING. if he was dribbling high it was to set you up to go by you. Alumni priviledge is a big thing in college and universities and it is simply not possible for alot of blacks because of the way society was when their parents were headed to college. Basically what you and your friend are bitching about is this. Colleges weren't allowing black students to attend. ANd even when it was the law, they still weren't being accepted. So successful blacks formed colleges, schools and universities where race didn't matter in the acceptance policy, they got the best teachers they could so that the schools could have repectability and made it so that blacks also could have a chance at higher education. Thats why there are HISTORICALLY black colleges(not black only). So you have a whole generation of blacks and whites (yes, plenty of whites have gone and continue to go to "black" schools) that went to these institutions. for the next hundred years alumni have kids and they, like ALOT of americans followed their parents footsteps and went to the same school. You and your friend are saying that now because blacks can get into regular colleges they should do away with all that history, fire everyone on staff and ignore the students that wanted to go there because by not doing so it is being segregationist. Clark Atlanta was founded in 1865. Morris Brown in 1881. Morehouse in 1867. But fuck that. Shut them all down and burn them to the ground because mostly blacks make up their student body which means blacks want to be segregationist. While there are not "white" scholarships by name, there are scholarships that are literally impossible for any other race to get outside of whites. Basically I am saying your friend is a idiot.

But you are forgetting that "current events have officially killed off the future" isn't something new in the realm of science. This isn't the first time that people thought we had officially killed off the planet and it won't be the last. Human nature is to evolve and progress. Howard should be the Tyson Chanlder of the team now. Score on offensive rebounds and put backs and have like 18 boards and 4 blocks a game while the other players have use their offensive skill sets. Instead they are shoving the DOMINANT FORCE thing on him before he has developed the adequate offensive skills to be called that. And why the hell is Keyon Dooling not getting more PT. The team plays better with him out there. Let Grant be the point forward, and play Dooling who isn't killing you like Arroyo and Nelson are right now. Or, crazy idea, hows about just throwing Travis Diener out there. He is a much better shooter than both, isn't a horrible defender, and once again, he can't be any worse than what is out there. But Brian Hills is famous for not making adjustments so I guess he won't now.

Even when I see Howard dominating against some other teams, its more the other team sucks defensively than him knowing what he is doing on the blocks. I understand Howard is the future and everything and the franchise but there is another guy on the team that they could obviously run their offense through and they won't do it. Carlos Arroyo is like a young Tyronne Lue. He will dribble the ball to death, you will see like 5 guys cut and beopen but instead he feels he needs to dribble some more. he tries to over do everything.

I am very late to this thread, but yeah, I love this game. Playing Annex on Multiplayer has made this game all worth it, plus beating it on Insane was a actual challenge without being cheap (although those exploding wretches pissed me the fuck off)

I would suggest not playing ranked matches. everyone cheats and whines and bitches there, while on the regular player matches it is alot less "serious" I too couldn't give a fuck, and I have only played like 2 ranked matches for me to see I don't need to play there.

It really isn't the visuals that is the problem. The Wii could probably handle it simply by dropping draw distance and taking a little bit off the textures, which really isn't that noticable up to a point. The problem would be that it would be so taxing on its processor that cooling would become a issue, qhich is pretty much the hold up on alot of games. How can we play this more than 15 minutes without the system overheating.
