Once again, it was the first PC level FPS that was built ground up on a console. You basically said Halo wasn't innovative and then listed how it was innovative. Your argument is like saying that the guy that built Xbox360 wasn't innovative because Laptops already existed. Halo through its dual analog control scheme and full scope of the game brought the PC FPS to consoles. THAT IS innovation. Nearly every first person shooter controls like that now. Yes, on the PC, when Halo came out it would have been a pretty average FPS. But it wasn't a PC game. As a matter of fact, fuck the PC altogther. THis is a console game. What other game did what it pulled off in 2001? Look, I know you don't like the game. I don't like it. I don't enjoy playing it. I didn't enjoy playing Halo 2. I probably won't get Halo 3 for a LONG time. ANd I probably won't enjoy it that much. But taking away what the game did is just silly. Its like me ignoring Karl Malone is a hall of fame PF because I think he is a dick. And FPS aren't GETTING stale. They are the action movies of the video game industry. Yeah, you can have a better story, and your explosions can be prettier and bigger, but at the end of the day, its still a action movie. Oh, and no matter what Nintendo chooses to call it, Metroid Prime is a FPS.

Women are taught to not expect to get hit. Thus most don't expect. Thats why a woman will say all types of fucked up shit about someone else before a guy will because the guy knows someone will punch his ass. Not saying that will stop guys, but they are prepared for brawl. With women, its like Sarah Silverman at the beginning of Way of the Gun. So not only will a girl try to fight a guy and expect to win, they expect to not get hit in the process.

When did Quintin forget to write dialoge? And I really did enjoy Death Proof. Maybe because I didn't have to watch it after Planet Terror(which I haven't seen yet). But I personally didn't get what all the complaining about Death Proof was.

Women are 10 times as vicious than guys if you ask me. When girls fight they do shit like try to slam the other persons face into the concrete as many times as possible or into a car. I have this theory that most women have no idea what it feels like to really get hit so they don't know how much damage they are dishing out. Seriously, most women are going to make it through life and never know what its like to take a punch. Guys fight, and you will usually see them stop eventually with no intervention. Two girls, one of them can be knocked the fuck out and the other one will keep beating her until someone pulls her off. That said, the picture looks worse than it is. Most of that is just blood. Looks like she has a swollen mouth and some scratches on her face and a busted nose. I was expecting parts of her head to be missing with the warning in the start. You wash that chicks face and it won't look THAT bad.

Thanks for listing the innovative ideas in the genre of FPS. You just came in and didn't add a goddamned thing. If you are going to make a post, say something. And obviously you don't know what innovative means. Innovate - the process of making improvements by introducing something new Halo was innovative on the console because it was on the console. If no other game had done on that level what Halo had done at that time on a home console, that is very innovative. I know you have this irrational hate for the game and all, but when Halo was released, what other PC level FPS was available on home consoles? It brought a PC FPS to the console. Graphics wise, AI wise, story wise, it was innovative. Hell, the way it controlled was different at the time. Control wise, outside of Metroid Prime(which created this hybrid of a FPS)and a few games that have utilized RPG elements in the FPS genre, what the hell innovations have their truely been in FPS? At the end of the day its a first person view and you shoot the enemies on the screen with various weapons. How is that any different than Wolfenstein 3D? There will always be cool gimmicks like in the Darkness, or TimeShift, Halo, they will all have their gimmicks that make the game different. The FPS genre, like it or not is defined by its graphics, its level of control and the AI of the combatants. There will be different story elements, sure, and new little gimmicks and that will make the game more fun, but nothing that is changing the genre any time soon.

I'm not sure if it's neither here nor there, but wasn't one of the reasons why Dan Reeves fired was because of the lack of depth at QB? Then they go and trade Matt Schaub, when there were doubts about Vick's QB ability? Dan Reeves was fired because Arthur Blank wanted the team to be his and start over. So he fired the coaching staff and hired the new young guy in Mora. Which was a pretty dumbass move. But I guess he believed that Vick being a top 10 QB in his first year as a starter was more Vick than it was Vick and good coaching. Which, once again, was stupid. Plus, Vick was their QB and that wasn't going to change unless something happened...oh like running a dog fighting operation. There was no point in keeping Shaub, who was going to be a free agent the next year and get lost without any compensation. Trust me, if the draft had taken place two months later, Matt wouldn't have been traded. And not to take Shaub down a notch because I think he is doing a great job and all and hope he has a great career, but really, 4 touchdowns against 3 interceptions is worthy of all this praise? The knock on him coming out of college is that he isn't going to get you in the endzone and has shakey decision making. I know people want to say HA HA FALCONS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!! But honestly, what is he doing that Joey Harringon isn't?(yes I am fully aware the he is a better QB than Joey, but still)

I have only recently started playing Ninja Gaiden Black, and it is all kinds of awsome and annoying at the same time. So I am definately looking forward to it. Plus in the demo video shown, the guy, most probably one of the people who made the game, is getting his ass handed to him for the most part, so I don't expect there to be a drop in the difficulty.

Shaub was traded before the raid on the house. And they had already signed Joey Harrington to be the teams back up. Shaub was treated like gold here in Atlanta, and there will probably be a arena full of Shaub jerseys because some sensible people and basically all of the redneckians in the city wanted him to be the QB of the team when Vick was here. I think Shaub is a good QB, and I think that with that team in Houston, it is the perfect fit. He has a all pro caliber reciever, a great running back, a fast maturing offensive line that has stepped it up for him pretty well(although last game started to get nasty). I still question his decision making sometimes, but I think that Atlanta would have been alot better off if he was our QB. BUT, then I remember how well the offensive lineman we drafted with that pick from Houston is playing and helping the offensive line now (that is easily twice as good pass protecting than they have been in the last 6 years) and think that the trade will eventually pay off for the Falcons. If the Falcons knew then what they know now, they wouldn't have made that trade, but that is just hindsight. I am sure that Shaub isn't angry at the Falcons for giving him a chance and I am sure that Atlanta is feeling bad that he is doing well, as they thought he was a good QB, and they had questions about Vicks durability. That said, I don't see him having a huge game. Ahmad Green will have a field day though with the interior of the D being so weak(Fucking Keith Brooking and Jonathan "dog killer" Babaniex). Grady Jackson, Michael Boley and John Abaraham played like super men last week. So Carolina just ran to the other side and averaged 10 yards a carry. That isn't going to change this week sadly. I think the Atlanta secondary is kinda dangerous though.

They tried to trade him for Kevin Fucking Garnett. Thats like getting pissed because you name came up in a Lebron James trade offer. If they tried to trade him for Jerome James, then get pissed. Getting traded for a first ballot Hall of Famer is not a insult. And that is pretty much the only Marion trade rumour that the suns actually have confirmed. Everything else, they are constantly getting on television saying that any Marion trade rumour is not true and that he is staying. Mike D'Antoni gave at least 3 of those press conferences last year and said "Bottomline, he isn't going anywhere." This is just him being whiney. If only he wasn't so good and didn't do so much for the team. Although at the same time, Joe Johnson was the teams best perimeter defender and defended positions 1-3 reguarly and sometimes 4, was the backup point guard, and the teams best shooter and they moved on without him.

Oh and his wanting to play in LA. Fuck him. The Suns, if they do trade him, should give him up for: 1: David Lee and anything else they want from the Knicks. Lee would replace the Rebounding, give them a shit load of points around the rim with Nash feeding him. We would lose defense in this trade though. 2: Josh Smith and Sheldon Williams. Yes, I said both. ATlanta could have their pick back and some other Suns player that no one cares about. Take Alando Tucker. Josh gives them the KINDA rebounding, more shotblocking, pretty much the same on steals, not so much on the a ball defensively. He is just as adept to hitting wide open 3's and gives them a very dangerous weapon on the break or in half court with Nash. Sheldon gives them the Rebounding and low post D and its not like he was going to get any tick in Atlanta anyway. 3: Andri Kirelinko and Jason Collins. Probably the most realistic trade here, Gives them big for the front line and AK goes back to the PF position that he excels at. Plus that puts him, Nash, and Grant Hill on the floor at the same time and that is alot of ball handling. Defensively is a monster off the ball and at ball denial though not the on the ball defender that Marion is. 4: Lamar Odom AND Brian Cook AND draft picks. No goddamn way you trade the perfect compliment to Kobe in the same division without getting alot out of it. Lamar would be a good player to put at C/PF, can pass, has heart and can board but I don't know how effective he can be without the ball in his hand. Brian Cook can shoot...and...well....shoot. 5: Chicago for Tyrus Thomas, THABO~! and someone to make the money work. Not happening because the money would never work, but stil. 6: Detroit for Rasheed Wallace and I could give a shit whatelse. Give me Rasheed and you will see a Championship. Yeah, he would shoot 10 billion 3's, but he can defend the block and can rebound and is a underrated passer. 7: Charlotte for Gerald Wallace, and a big.
