YES! YES! CRY LITTLE GIRL!! AWESOME!! Sanjaya, you slayer of 8 year old girls. God there is so much EDGE on Sanjaya. I am expecting him to whip out a gun and start shootin folk. Wait, did I say gun? I meant spray paint can. To cover up graffiti on an old folks home.

I am expecting Noons to start selling CD's now.

I have not come to terms yet with my mid-20's, so I can't quite embrace too many comments on fair Jordin, who is far too young for old me to be gawking at. Legal, yes. Still... I'll stick with the cute line.

"I just wanted the sun to shine afterwards" Simon, the poet. "And everyone was smiling and laughing and I was like, Oh crap, I have to be serious" "And you raised the eyebrow and you did it" Best. Banter. Yet.

"I'm so excited" is also a Young Jeezy line. Coincidence? Man, if one could overdose on smiles...

Sanjaya will surely save him. America favours mercy killings far more than first degree murder.

Ooooh, "blurry-eyed bar band", a step UP from Karaoke.

I wonder if Simon will drop the Karaoke line?

There is more jiggling in her getting up on that chair than in Haleys entire performance. This performance did more for Lakisha in getting ragged on by Simon and coming back from it, personality-wise, than just a regular-ole Lakisha performance.

It's the fucking British Invasion, there isn't a whole lot of Lakisha in it, RandyDog.

Hillary Clinton has a lot of passion here, I am surprised as I always found her to be a bit on the dull side. Where did the accent come from, though? WAH WAH PEDAL!~

But is he bringing it back?

    American Idol

I like how he completely avoided the chorus and went for the "What's your name..." a bunch of times. Seacrest gets insane poon. Insane.

Yeah, it looked kinda loose on her, and that's a more form fitting style. Plus she never worked it.

She really likes that... thing... she does with that voice. Seemed behind the band, to me. "Oooh, that will cheer her up" "Well, can't say the opposite, can you?" "I think you're losing your soul"

That was a border-line stripper routine. I am ALL in favour of this for a few more weeks. Fine work. Would I be wrong in saying Richardsons voice is nasally? YES, SIMON JUST SAID IT. "...I've never heard the song before" best Simon line... so far. "You naughty lil thing" was ok, though it didn't have Haley puzzling over the last word like last year.

MMA Comments that Don't Warrant a Thread

They need to show Karo vs. Diego every single day on SPIKETV, looping three times for an hour. God damn that was a fine fucking fight.

MMA Comments that Don't Warrant a Thread

So I've decided this doesn't warrant a thread, though I wanted to start one... Paulo Filho is awesome, right? Like, his stand up is pretty bad, and he just lunges in for the takedown, but it's not like he thinks himself a striker and puts himself in situations where he can get ko'd and despite not setting up the takedown with anything, his shots are pretty high percentage and when he does grab ahold of someone, his slams and throws are fucking superb. His aggression in getting those takedowns is nearly unmatched at any weight, as well. The biggest plus, of course, is his ground game, which is extraordinary. Not because he is a submission machine, though he probably has the best armbar I've seen in MMA, but because of his positioning abilities. His stocky body mixed with his roid-fueled strength make for a nice combination while on the ground. His base is very strong, which makes it hard to buck and/or sweep, he passes guard well and I haven't seen anyone in the sport get mount like he does. Not to mention his past two (dominating) wins have come over Misaki and Chonan, which in MMAth terms has him as #1 at MW. Plus he has a tattoo of Mike Tyson. Plus he wears a flannel vest unironically.

Andy Barker P.I. (Andy Richter & Tony "BUSTER" Hale)

BUSTER was the highlight. I laffed a bunch of times, which makes it better than most sitcoms on tv.

    UFC 69: Shootout

BJ didn't "beat" GSP standing with technical striking, he did it with pressure and a willingness to mix it up and brawl. GSP has few weaknesses, but that's one of them. The dude isn't a brawler, he is much more a pick-his-shots kinda guy who stays on the outside and works angles and all that jazz. However, the first round was a lot closer than it generally is regarded as being. GSP landed some good shots on Penn despite showing more damage.

MMA Comments that Don't Warrant a Thread

Eddie Bravo swears by it, and rarely ever rolls or teaches without it. It's definitely not uncommon in the BJJ community, and I'm sure Lei Tong could throw out a few stories. Of course, this depends on if Diaz smoked before his fight, or a few days/weeks/etc before where it being in his system and him being high are two different things. Last I checked Eddie doesn't roll or teach stoned at Legends MMA although he does still get high on weekends (he picks up chicks with more ease baked apparently) and goes to the occasional cannabis legalisation rally. The only times he rolls wasted are when he's working on techniques because he claims it helps him relax and look at options rather than overanalyse things and try to get one thing to work when it won't. I know a few guys out there that aren't averse to Mary Jane although some of them are more obvious ("Mayhem" Miller, BJ Penn, Cabbage, Ryan Gracie) than others ("Buscape" Firminho). Well I'm taking that from Eddies latest book ("It was so amazing that very rarely do I train without cannabis in my system to this day. Not only do a I train stoned, but also teach all of my classes stoned").
