The first show was inflated by scalpers buying up lots of tickets as well as their first show in Cali, so this show will reflect a more realistic view of what the UFC can draw in Cali. The UFC will still come out of this show rolling in dough, but they will have to negotiate their ticket prices - and since they price so high, they have some room to find out the highest price the market is willing to accept - that's pure economics.

"Draw that well" is pretty relative. But they definitely overestimated the market and they over-price as it is.

This was actually a really good show. Hunt/TK was AWEsome, Barnett/Aleks was very good, the last minute of Fujita/Thomson was fucking dope. There were a bunch of tremendous KO's (Yvel got wrecked!) and some good subs. All in all, a very satisfying night of fights.
