    AMERICAN IDOl-SEASON 5: THE THREAD

Bucky is getting very lucky - the dude is one of the worst singers there, but he knows how to pick songs that he won't make suck. Katharine is, like, the opposite of Bucky. It seems the girl is picking songs just to see if she can make it good, despite them being totally not-for-her, and not for the competition. Ace picking We Will Rock You is a lauf. That song requires some balls to sing, and fairy boy can't pull that off in a million years. Both he and Pickler basically picked songs they knew so they wouldn't fuck them up too bad. And Elliot is gone. That song was used for an auto shop commercial up here and it is the most irritating song that makes me feel ill to my stomach. No one doing Under Pressure? Dumbasses.

The problem with Cena vs. RVD is that the sell for that is Cena vs. the ECW crowd, not Cena vs. RVD. You can have Cena vs. the ECW crowd at any spot on the card and accomplish the same goals. RVD vs. Edge at least has a heel/face structure where you can get heat out of the match itself rather than the novelty of the ECW fans booing Cena.

The heat for Cena would overwhelm the match itself. Take Cena out of the match and put him elsewhere on the card. Shit, say Sandman vs. Cena and that sells a billion buys.

So Henderson is going to grab Kim and make a deal with Jack?

There is no such thing. Why must you fill this thread with lies?

Edge/RVD is probably the best match to do at the ECW PPV. 1. Edge was reamed out at the last ECW PPV during the Matt Hardy thing 2. Edge was the previous MITB winner, RVD is the current one 3. Edge is an actual heel 4. Edge is fucking Lita, former ECWhore. They could have Lita come out and make fun of ECW fans for more heat, talk about their attitudes towards women. RVD can bring out Fonzie and those two can go at it. It actually works too much for the WWE to do it.

    UFC All Access: Andrei Arlovski

I DID notice that, but was too busy giggling after hearing "donor bone" to say anything about it.

The music was rad. Can we get a death pool goin on Wayne Palmer? Or d'ya think they'll keep him for future seasons to continue the Palmer-line?

    UFC All Access: Andrei Arlovski

The doc was the Russian version of Margaret Goodman. Not much to recap. Arlovski boxed, did a lil JJ, they went to get some suits and some bling, met up with Team Pitbull, then went clubbing. Rachelle looked very, very hot.

For future reference, I read about 1/10th of what you write in your posts.

"Who are you facing this time... didn't you already beat him?" Wow, the Doctor providing exposition. I am lovin this, but holy crap is it ever scripted and rehearsed.

    "Traditonal Fans"

When Cena begins to act like a heel -as the WWE has defined a heel forever and not some half-brained attempt at rationalizing why they keep him in a face role - and the WWE sets up a heel to turn face, then any comparisons to Austin/Hart can have a foundation. Until then, you are assuming they have a sense of subtlety. Let me put this in perspective. You are assuming the company that has put God in a wrestling match has a sense of subtlety. As is, the WWE is just trying to suck as much as they can out of Cenas merchandising power by keeping him in a face role.

Agent: Now, when I say, "Hello, Mr. Thompson," and press down on your foot, you smile and nod. Homer: No problem. Agent: Hello, Mr. Thompson! (presses on Homer's foot) Homer: (whispers to other agent) I think he's talking to you

    "Traditonal Fans"

They use "traditional fans" as a way of spinning the response they tried to ignore for months - it's not Cenas fault that the fans are booing them, it's just a matter of taste and the fans which boo him prefer someone like HHH. It's nothing more than that. The WWE simply isn't smart enough to look at Cena as a heel.
