They've lacked the killer instinct they had when Hartley and Crawford were in charge.
Granato seems more like a "players' coach" than a guy who will call out his players when he needs to.
Anyone who can pick up a copy of ESPN NHL 2K4 for me, I'll pay you for it, and pay you for shipping.
I went to my CC, and they had about three games left for the PS2, none of which interested me.
PLEASE?!!??!
Alex Gonzalez isn't a bad shortshop at all, but his bat leaves a lot to be desired for me.
How about:
Nomar/D-Lowe
for
Penny/Castillo
Actually, that's crazy on my part isn't it? Florida couldn't be THAT dumb to give up Luis Castillo, could they?
They traded Radek Bonk for Stephane Quintal and signed him. He's a good defenseman. Pairing him with Nathan Dempsey would work wonders for the Kings, IMO. Aaron Miller, Mattias Norstrom and Lubomir Visnovsky round out a solid corps defensively.
Signing someone like Pavol Demitra would greatly help them offensively, and maybe if they resigned one of their big three (I'd stick with Palffy).
Because the moment of George Brett charging out of the dugout has been remembered for almost 25 years and is one of the most memorable moments in baseball history.
It was Kotz. He tried, but he's too much of a fag to be mean. He comes off as one of the guys from Queer Eye.
Oh, I know, I was just asking a question.
I'd like Kevin "Hick" Millar gone. Guy can't play defense to save his life.
Nomar is their biggest trade chip. They have to make a deal that will bring them a legit player. Let's not forget that brilliant 'Freddy Sanchez for Jeff Suppan' deal last year that made me lose faith in humanity.
BK Kim can go fuck off to any team. I don't care either way. Everytime he plays for the Red Sox, it seems that he's earning his master's degree at the John Wasdin School of Blown Saves.
I hope OMGammons is right and that Nomar is gone.
