Claire is indeed one of the least likable characters. It's bothersome that she's always such a focal point. I don't think the writers of the past two seasons have really figured out if they want to make her a Daddy's girl or a badass. Both come off weak. Tonight is a pivotal episode. This volume is starting to tail off, and they desperately need something to get them back on track. Fortunately, they're banking it all on the most consistently great character on the show. Fingers crossed.

Knowing the patronage, TSM could only fittingly end with a series of arrests for assault, conspiracy, stalking, and child pornography. New game- pick the felony!

As long as Brody keeps putting promos on YouTube, there will be a demand for this place.

No- House/Cameron had a 3 episode story arc and a teaser, and House/Cuddy had been pretty subtle up until this season. Now it's about as subtle as a brick to the head.

I'm actually pretty glad they pulled the trigger on getting back to the island so soon. The O6 stuff was getting really fucking awful. Now they can get back to the good stuff, tossing in the occasional flashback to answer some of the questions.

Dude. As soon as Ben told Jack he had to recreate his father being transported, it was pretty obvious Locke was going to come back as Christian did.

How do you figure? The posting fee was approx $51 million and Matsuzaka signed a 6 year deal for $52 million. If you average the posting fee into his yearly contract, that would add less than $9 million per year to the annual payroll. For the top echelon of payrolls, $9 million really isn't that much.

I wonder why the name change. Also, is Lost running straight through spring? I've never actually watched the show on television (burned through all the DVDs last summer), thus I have no idea if they take long breaks.

Sad to see this show falling into the "Will they, won't they" trap with House and Cuddy.

Hey- the prospect of seeing Janeane Garofalo being tortured was enough to sweep me off my feet for about thirty seconds. Can't blame a guy for dreaming.

I was excited for about two minutes when I thought Janis was the mole. Boo Billy Walsh.

Shawshank.

The Celtics are apparently sending Sam Cassell and cash to the Kings for a future 2nd rounder. Good haul for somebody who hasn't played a minute this season.

Truth. This episode was a pretty significant letdown after the good start to the season. What the fuck was the point of sending Hiro and Ando to India? Here's to hoping an HRG-centric episode next week can get it back on track.

That's what I was talking about, with Rouseau not remembering Jin. She should have remembered him as the event had already happened, and was due to happen again. Same with Charlotte remembering Daniel warning her as a little girl. It might not have happened, but it was due to happen so had already actually happened. It was the same with Locke being visited by Richard. Desmond "remembering" Daniel visiting him doesn't fit this theory, though. So that's Rousseau and Desmond not recognizing Jin and Daniel with Richard and Charlotte (eventually) recognizing Locke and Daniel. It's the inconsistencies that bother me, b/c they've shown a lot of care and thought in these extremely complicated storylines. You'd think with something as complex as time travel, they would've done a better job.

So this is clearly me being bored on a Friday afternoon, and I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed, but this whole visiting people in the past thing is starting to piss me off. I'm making the assumption that Daniel does in fact go back in time and warn child Charlotte not to come to the island. -Daniel visits Desmond in the past and gets him to go find Eloise. Current Desmond "remembers" the visit on the sailboat. -Rousseau meets up with Jin in the past. The older Rousseau doesn't show signs of recognizing Jin when he crashes, but she's dead by the time she would have "remembered" meeting up with him. -How the fuck does Charlotte "remember" Daniel warning her as a little girl if the current Daniel hasn't done it yet?

*ass slap* "Many happy returns."

http://lostpedia.wikia.com/wiki/Solitary See, it's shit like this attention to detail that makes this show awesome.

A decent little casino. Good way to burn a few hours.

Wasn't the order only for 18 episodes? They've already burned through 10- I can't see the logic behind a time change with only a handful of episodes left. The Interns webisodes have a couple of chuckles, including the return of Legal Custodians.
