Looks like tonight is a repeat of Business Ethics, but a glimpse of the post-Super Bowl episode is here.

Morph- from the time he was killed early on by the Sentinels, to his evil return, and later his recovery/triumphant return, I always enjoyed Morph.

With just a conversation? If that was true, then every conversation the freighter people, Sawyer and Juliette have had with Widmore/Richard/the Others has re-written their past. If anything, Daniel re-wrote Desmond's future, sending him off to Oxford and eventually LA. EDIT: I hope they stop the island from skipping soon. It's stuff like this confusion that makes me weary of time-travel as a device in television shows. It's hard to pull off for an extended period of time. (see also: Heroes)

Thinking about it, Widmore being responsible for the purge would kill Ben's character, because that power grab established Ben as the certified badass and set the next thirty years on the island into motion. That makes a lot of sense.
-
Not a phrase, but showing city landmarks in national broadcasts. For example, every time Boston has a nationally televised game, they show the Old North Church.

Sorry, just wanted to make sure I had a handle on all of the groundbreaking revelations in there. Widmore and Ben have a beef, Widmore had Penny AND got rich? Just too much to handle. EDIT: After your edits, I see what you're fiesty about. Carry on. Anyway, the bad part about this episode is that we're probably going to get slammed with heavy doses of the far-less interesting O6. With the exceptions of EVIL! Sun and wondering which cameo Hurley will give us next, the O6 are just incredibly boring.
-
So your crack theory is that Ben kicked Widmore off the island, and while Widmore was off, he had Penny and got rich. That about it?

The problem here is that you're forgetting Benjamin Linus, who told Locke he was in charge of the others before turning the wheel. It was Linus who sent Locke off to be the leader; after that we get the Locke/Richard routine.
-
This: ...is hardly a vote of confidence, mere musings. Unless he's got a time machine hidden in that beard, he's not getting to the hall.
-
As soon as they revealed the young guy to be Widmore, I immediately went to the young woman as Faraday's mom.
-
Really dude, really? I think he means that Pedroia and Papelbon are HOF Potential. As in very good young players who if they keep it up for the next 10 seasons plus would get in. This.
-
Celtics: Garnett is in, Pierce and Allen probably need another ring or two. Patriots: Brady, Moss, Seymour all should be in. If Wes Welker has a few more seasons like the last two, he could be borderline. Red Sox: Smoltz and Beckett should be in. Pedroia and Papelbon are borderline. If Youkilis was younger and had a few more seasons like last year, he'd have an outside shot. Bruins: Chara is borderline, and Kessel has enough scoring potential to put up impressive numbers over his career.

Well, when you're coming back firing with special guest stars, the question should be who's bigger- Sesame Street or Courtney Cox? I would've gone Street.
-
Cox/Janitor/Kelso were all gold in these two. Didn't really get the Sesame Street theme of the first one, but I still like the dynamics with the new interns.
-
If Shane had come down with a weapon and cleaned house on Legacy, then fine. But instead he had to do his whole 'take off the jacket, roll up the sleeves' badass routine, and it just completely sucked the life out of an otherwise interesting segment.
-
Bump, because House asking Cameron for oral sex to fulfill a biological need was gold.
-
Seriously. I was intrigued by the Rumble last night and decided to watch Raw after being out of the loop for months. Now I remember why I stopped watching.

We know from previews that Jack eventually gets face-to-face with the President; hard to believe he gets that access without having someone in the government on his side.

Per the Boston Globe, Keith Foulke had a similar situation in 2006, when the Sox had a $7.5 million option and Foulke had one for $3.75 million. Both opted out and Foulke went to free agency.
-
Somehow, Jason Varitek was able to squeeze a 2nd year option out of the Red Sox, but has yet to sign. The club has a $5 million option, but Varitek has a $3 million player option, guaranteeing at least $8 million over two years. After declining the $10 million arbitration offer, I think he's lucky to get two years anywhere, so I imagine he'll sign it.

That's more of my concern. I think a lot of the talk about being a locker room cancer is overblown. We're talking about half a season- there would be enough of a honeymoon period to keep everybody happy long enough to win another championship. Marbury just doesn't address the team's biggest needs.
-
Marbury has a "verbal commitment" from the Celtics.
-
After watching it again, I can enjoy it a little more. The Dwight/Michael storyline has a few nuggets I missed the first time around. "Laughter is my job, tears are my game, law is my profession."
-
Truth. Loved the bangs.

Was the chick at the end with Linus the same that told Desmond he was screwed in the pawn shop way back when?
