art sandusky. whats the matter with you, man?
-
double albums should be made illegal.
-
You are ignorant and have awful taste in music. "Eazy E fell off after Dre and Cube left him" his albums only went gold and double platinum. Maybe he didn't have the success Dre or Cube did overall because he DIED. But to say he fell off is fucking retarded. Also, I am saddened by the lack of Three 6 Mafia, Dayton Family, NATAS and UGK being mentioned in this thread. Props to whoever mentioned the Kottonmouth Kings, they are great. They cater to stoners and the ICP/Twiztid crowd so they won't get love in this thread but they have some amazing songs. ya, OK

Find this Slayer. al takes things too seriously, but he seems like good people dont be such a butch asshole.
-
ya? even better. top 3, now.

gibbons is such a knob. most canadians shows know that by now as he's probably the msot interviewed guy in our contry right now. the entire blue jays regime needs to be overhauled. gibbons is riccardi's boy. and riccardi ain't all that great. first he tired emulating the a's & failed. then he tried emulating the yankees & he failed. there needs to be a change.
-
i think he's quickly becoming one of my top 5 posters. a mod without the bullshit. and very intelligent. i like him, a lot. almost too normal for the message boarding world.
-
method man has had a very disappointing career. he was supposed to be "the guy". his debut album was ok but nowhere near his wu chums.
-
the one-two punch of javier lopez & mike timlin is beyond compare.

the tigers are in trouble. in more ways than one. as hard as it is to say, the bubble may be about burst. everyone peaked so early that their fall now is painful. swept by the rangers? blowing a 6 run lead? oh lord. there's not a single pitcher on the staff right, aside of maybe zumaya, that makes me feel comfortable. verlander has sort of hit a wall. stamina-wise. and everyone is right, there had to have been a better alternative than neifi. oh well, maybe leland can bring the best out of him.
-
Other than his lame ass "racist" gimmick and love of posting disturbing porn, I have no problem with Rant. what about me?
-
these tigers are really biting it right now. they need to shape up.

between the buttons & aftermath figure in somewhere

this is all so serious. i wish i was as butch as bob.
-
when did bob barron get so butch? he's hardcore, folks.
-
This album is only a figment of an autistic boy's imagination, so it doesn't count seriously. stop. you come across as such a dunce.
-
it'll be a drastic change for his character but he looks much much better now. normal.
-
did you even hear the spankrock & e40 albums?
-
i know. so my statement lies just in much that music this year hasn't been all that great as rap has had a few gems. by no means is it 1996.
-
noteworthy rap albums this year? i guess i need to support my argument e40 - my ghetto report card t.i. - king ghostface - fishscale rick ross - port of miami rhymefest - blue collar outkast - idlewild cam'rom - killa season j dilla - donuts (not really rap, i guess) ->the shining wasn't too bad, either spankrock - yoyoyoyoyo lupe fiasco - food & liquor all of these have been noteworthy to me. some on different levels. and its not as much me saying this has been a booming year from rap, just saying that there have been several albums that have surpassed anything rock, pop, ect have produced this year.

another great great album from this year. some really fun tracks. including build me up (buttercup) sang by the late GREAT odb. if you're thinking cold blooded, this is way way better. dude even samples the strokes. weird. brand new with kanye is remarkable, too. all around, its great. don't think about him being a "battle mc". this is just a rapper like any other rapper. leave the gimmicks out of it. it usually clouds the work, and some fols perception of it.

really quite a fabulous album. this will totally alienate rap fans. but for fans of music, this is really an experimental jam. big boi still does his thing, but andre 3000 has gone beyond his prince fascination. now its all funkadelic complete with his own maggot brain jam (a bad note). in accordance with the movie, they superficially explore many different styles one would deduce is from the 30's, ect. while a tad offputting, it allows for a fresh & adventurous reinvigoration for the group. andre's tracks are filled with slight guitar riffs that underscore their more gentle rhymes. no hard beats in this; conversly its a truly lightweight & mature outing from the boys. noteworthy tracks include the train, hollywood divorce, and the aforementioned a bad note. of course i am usually totally off base when it comes to experimental rap albums. electric cirus (which i loved) was panned, while phrenology was lauded. i don't get how it works. notice how rap has supplied most of the year's best albums? ah huh.
