These are some of the worst jumping jacks I've ever seen. The girl that is winning totally cheated on hers, her arms only moved halfway up. The sack jumping would be better if some of these chicks had bouncy tits instead of stapled on basketballs. Edit: I am already really fucking sick of this Move Along song. It has 5 words and they've played it literally 12 times or so.

Most of the TUF guys have only beaten cans or each other. So it's hard to know how good they are. Mostly they suck.

The Simpsons peaked around seasons 4-5. The West Wing has always sucked, so who cares? Seinfeld did start to die down as the plots got more absurd. Which is the same thing that happened with The Simpsons, and Curb as well from the sound of it. A lot of the appeal of those sorts of shows is they are crazy spins on stuff everyone can relate to. After a while they get more random and lose that factor.

To repeat, you CANNOT lose fat from specific areas of your body. If he wants to build muscle he can do deadlifts. Or lie on a bench face down with the upper half of your body over the edge and lower and raise yourself. To lose fat on one part of your body though - nothing you can do other than just keep burning fat. Everyone has a place that is the first to gain and last to go, all you can do is just keep burning.

That spot with the table was so awful, the set-up for it was awful looking. The guy (Credible?) gets put on the table, sort of half stands up, looks over his shoulder then slumps back down again like he is knocked out or something.

The last interesting thing on RAW was Batista turning on evolution. That was a very well-scripted and booked angle, a nice slow build with a great payoff. The culmination at the contract signing was great. After that it's just been total garbage. Angles started and then randomly aborted, Cena and his horribly booked run, etc. They've just been meandering aimlessly since that time.

I just read that Carmella DeCesare got breast implants. Man that bums me out...that girl was hot as hell, and her natural breasts were a large part of the appeal. She had a beautiful body. I think Hugh Hefner and Vince could be great friends, they are both incredibly stubborn. They both like what they like, consumer be damned.

In the Franklin fight a couple other guys slipped earlier in the night, looked like the mat was slick/sweaty or something.

Ken lost in the exact same way he lost his last couple fights before this one, so were those works too? He lost to Franklin the same way, got hit once and didn't cover up. Lost in Japan the same way. That's how it goes with Shamrock now.

Shamrock had his hands up and the last few elbows from Tito only had about 2-3 inches of windup. Again I don't want to turn this into a "he wuz robbed!" argument but I did think they could have let it go a bit longer. Of course Shamrock still would have lost.

God damn that was awful. The Shamrock stoppage looked like bs to me, the first 2 elbows landed clean but the ones after that didn't have much on them. I'm not saying Shamrock was robbed or something like that, but the fight could have continued for at least a bit longer. Overall that was awful. Mir was so out of shape and he looked high. That was worse than your typical free Spike TV stuff.

From what I've seen Chuck is the clear favorite here.
