    Good lifting plan?

No, she doesn't even need to. Kim's actually very athletic and plays basketball for her school.

Make sure to write down as an extra note that the Jon Lovitz episodes of NewsRadio were great and all the others sucked.

watch Arrested Development so I don't have to and can still watch it solely through purchasing the DVD sets.

    Good lifting plan?

It really isn't. I use to go to the gym for 2hrs everyday. In those two hours I would swim laps for 30min, run on the treadmill for an hour, and then lift for 30min. I wasn't losing much weight at all and instead was watching the fat on my stomach firm up. I'm not saying lifting is a bad thing but to expect your stomach to decrease when working your arms and legs constantly is ridiculous. I found this out via talking to the doctor and doing what I'm doing now. If you wanna see your stomach go down then limit your carb intake and do crunches. I was placed on the Atkins diet and started Monday. Since then I've lost about 9lbs (I couldn't believe it either at first. Everytime I stepped on the scale I noticed results.) and the decrease in my stomach is starting to be noticable. Eat alot of fish, eggs, and poultry while staying away from bread. A 6oz glass of V8 everyday is very helpful too. Stay away from breads, fruit and other foods high in carbs. Basically they have me eating no more than 20g of Carbs a day. You also need to eat at least every 6hrs your awake. Don't go more than 6hrs without eating. Right now my day is looking like this... 3 eggs for breakfast (each egg is 1 carb) with a bit of pepper Lunch in a little bit will be a bowl of tuna (with mayonaisse mixed in of course) 0 Carbs total there Dinner tonight will hopefully be a couple of hot italian sausages with mustard (also 0 carbs) and a salad with light dressing (around 5 carbs) Before bed I'll have 6oz of V8 which will be around 7 Carbs. you also have to drink a ton of water. About 8 8oz glasses everyday. I drink Spring Water and Fruit20 (0 carbs) for that.

lifting isn't going to get rid of your beer gut. Limit your carb intake and do crunches.

you are, and I was wrong if that's correct. According to that his last year on the Mets books was the 2004 season. Regardless he's not on the Mets books for the 06 season.

Mets don't have to pay Mo Vaughn anymore. 05 was the last year of his contract.

    The Ultimate Fighter 2

Jason is probably a good kickboxer but as soon as it got to the ground you had to know it was over. Jason's face still looked like hamburg from the fight he had with Jorge, his left eye was swollen shut halfway through the first round, and that cut got reopened. It wasn't going to last much longer than it did if he didn't get put in that armbar.

Fire up the EA hate machine..

I liked Bart's Nightmare quite a bit when I was little. Last Simpsons game I purchased and played was Simpsons Wrestling. I kept it for 3hrs and returned it for a refund. I'd love to have one of those Simpsons Arcade Consoles. That was still the best Simpsons game ever.

Link I'm a greedy bastard. I want Glaus, Kotchman, and Ervin Santana if a 3-way deal goes down. They could include Youkilis in the trade if both Glaus and Kotchman were coming in return. Include Arroyo if Santana was coming in return. I don't care how plausable that package is, its what I'd ask for.
  12. I think people who want to watch actual wrestling would disagree. I know CWM loves wrestling and puts up with all the shit Vince is shoveling just because he waits for the rare occasion where they do have an enjoyable match. I imagine he would skip the second half of Raw and miss their Main Event promo every week to watch actual wrestling that TNA provides. Then its obviously not the wrestling aspect of what WWE does that you enjoy, which places you in their new target audience for Body Builder Soap Operas and Unfunny Comedy Skits.

Wakefield is just more comfortable with the game Mirabelli calls and how they work together. Some pitchers just have personal catchers.

    The Ultimate Fighter 2

I can't wait to see a future match between Joe Stevenson and Diego Sanchez. Luke is tough but I don't think he has a snowball's chance in hell against Joe.

I know I might get into trouble for this, but

CanadianChick deleting Rondo is what made me snap. Everything I did was because of that.

    Gold Gloves

I've seen plenty of players make very similiar plays to that one without feeling the need to dive face first into the stands. Everybody who's not a Yankee fan or working for ESPN seem to think he did his best to turn what would have been an above average play into something tremendous. He got his face all busted up for doing it though so in the end I don't care.

I just noticed there's a user here named "Anakin Flair". He must be the biggest geek this site has ever seen.

    Gold Gloves

Tek actually made a few game changing plays this season with his plate blocking ability and willingness to get barreled over. I'm not saying its gold glove worthy, but its not the worst. I mean Torri Hunter missed the last two months of the season and O-Cab was the best fielding SS in the majors this season. I'd say Jeter and Hunter getting gold gloves is much more questionable than Tek. And Jeter's dive into the stands was unnessecary. He had caught the ball in fair ground, kept on running and then dove into the stands. He could have slid on his ass at any given time and stopped before the wall.

Hello Alina and seriously, make Alf a mod. Ask yourselves, what can Alf do for you?

Orlando Cabrera should have won the Gold Glove in the AL this season.

    Theo Epstein leaves Red Sox

Ortiz isn't going to go back to his Minn form. He's not a great hitter because of Manny, he's a great hitter because he's a great hitter. If anything he'll get the Barry Bonds treatment depending on who's hitting behind him. Manny isn't what he once was either. His power numbers are still there but as far as average and OBP goes they've been in decline for the past 3 seasons. I think this will be the last season you can get very good value for him. If he wants to go to Anaheim and Anaheim wants him then I ask for Ervin Santana, Casey Kotchman, Steven Shell and then agree to take Steve Finley's contract in return.

    hey, its me!

I don't remember that at all, unless by cat battle you mean all those weird cat pictures. I remember when I first came to this place Banky thought I was Eagan which led us to end up jawwing at one another and then CWM and me fought for some reason. Ironically enough they're now two of the small amount of people I feel I get along with best from here.

    hey, its me!

We were also 2 of the possible handful of people that liked wrestling at that chat too. Funny enough the both of us seem to hate what the original chat was centered around now. When I lose about 25-30lbs more I'm going to start the Yoga program that I got after talking to Piss last year. I imagine that will help out a great deal along with continued dieting and other forms of excersise.
