What is this? 1990? CWS=College World Series
-
I have a bad/good feeling we are in for a summer of managers trying to one-up each other in angry manager blowups.
-
They are worried about the CWS taking away the ratings, so they are going all out.

who wouldn't rather see Carlito than Cena as the top face? Hell, who wouldn't rather see ANYONE(besides Orton) than Cena as the top face? The people coming to the shows because Cena is the top draw? They might not perfer someone else.
-
They were pushing that Trish was still recovering from her shoulder injury, so it's logical that she'd have ring rust. I said eariler this year that Carlito could easily be the top babyface for WWE. He is being wasted on Raw. He'd be a defacto #2 babyface there.
-
Carlito/Trish would be a nice Trish/Jericho type relationship.
-
Jeez, Nitro is literally copying everything from Edge. He just needs to start banging Mickie James.
-
Melina/Nitro is like a low, low rate Edge/Lita.
-
I'm glad to see Trish has added a little meat to the stomach since she was nearing Stacy levels of stickness before the injury. Mickie looks good as ever.

Vegas would just be too out of reach right now, even if they hooked up with a Casino and comped alot of seats, it'd just be bored tourists and that doesn't always translate well. Detroit would be the ideal site but it would require a very different stage and design for the full effect.

Jericho will finally be the star he was meant to be. WWF has found another main event superstar to follow in Austin and Rock's footsteps. ... Well we know what happened here. This is probably one of the greatest(depending on how you look at it) mistakes WWE ever made and it's something they should regret but probably dont. They had a bona-fide superstar in their hands and the paranoia of one man derailed it all.

The "I DONT KNOOOOOW!" interview hit the mainstream as it's hyped on Sports Guys latest article at ESPN.COM along with a couple other wrestling related things like Piper's Pit with Snuka, Hulk Hogan with Beavis and Butthead and Fuji Vice.

6/26: Normal Mode(m) Of Workplace Idiocy
Hawk 34 commented on kkktookmybabyaway's blog entry in KK's Korner
What hillbilly company do you work for? My job isn't a major corporation but the entire front office save for our office supply manager can operate and repair the computer system on their own. -
Jazz is married to Rodney Mack. It's one thing for two unknowns to get together in OVW but another for a OVWer to date a TV diva. Hence the Punk backlash with Maria. These girls(the one in question) was brought in for the ECW show(I'm assuming one of those girls is Kelly) and WWE management doesn't want development guys with those girls.

I have my own personal bathroom at work . Here's the thing I never got, I have two stalls in that bathroom and I'll ALWAYS go to the handicap one. This is the case in any bathroom with the option.

It's a bit hypocritical when the head writer and a main eventer are married, though. No, what is bullshit is the REASONING Batts wasn't allowed to date her. He wasn't "over" enough. If Orton wanted to date/bang the chick, it'd be fine. It's like the stock room supplier at work banging the CEO's hot assistant in WWE's world.

Undertaker is a pop act. He gets a pop for the entrance but the crowd usually sits on its ass for the actual match until the finishing sequence. Meanwhile, Batista maintains a steady flow of overness building to the climatic pop.
-
Ron Simmons got the belt because Watts thought he could make money with him. Don't let the truth get in the way of this historical inaccuracy. Can we close this thread? It's just pages and pages of morons sprouting ridiculously false statements and completely failing to support the "beliefs" that are so mind bogglingly wrong just for the sake of sprouting shit. Only a handful in here have said anything that was remotely correct.

Jesus, that is a pretty good shirt by TNA standards and pretty bad shirt by @LX Shelley standards.

98% of the reasons people are fired in WWE wouldn't fly in the real world.

Since WWE likes to revert to the concept of Kayfabe frequently, they don't like the idea of a nobody(in the context of the wrestling world) being with attractive girls. Look at how much heat Punk got for his relationship with Maria. WWE is a HS minded promotion.

I'm sure Matt regrets that nice paycheck he gets for being buried. WWE resents him for airing out public business and after WWE tried to exploit that to their advantage and make sure TNA didn't benefit from Matt's hype, they signed him and gave him a weak push that essentially buried him. Now they keep him at a higher price and can "punish" him by jobbing.

I always thought Steiner should have ended the streak. Steiner had been an mid-carder for about a year and was getting pretty good heat in his feud with Page and Rick Steiner. Steiner was a credible enough name to beat Goldberg but wasn't a "star" just yet but putting him over Goldberg (I would have done it at SuperBrawl instead of 1998 Starrcade) would have put him there. Steiner was a loose cannon but he was a heat machine that actually worked well with Goldberg when he was older in 2000, so I'd imagine Steiner/Goldberg in 1999 would have just as good if not better.

that's going in my sig anyhow I always liked the pink/black ones (black shirt and pink tights) the worst one was the all pink singlet he wore at survivor series 93 (he didnt wear the tights with it, so as to look alike to his bros who wear wearing just singlets) The all pink at WMVIII was his best look.
