  1. If Vince should have paid for rehab, then Turner should kick in as well as the other promoters that Sherri bumped and worked her ass off for.
  2. Yes. Mark got his front teeth knocked out a few months ago, by his brother of all people.
  3. Well, Junior almost made it through the season.
  4. Did Jay and Mark set a record for most excessive usage of "Fuck you!" in a 30 second period? All in all, very good segment from AOTF. Jimmy Jacobs' path from 2004 as the lovable friendly high flyer to the emo warrior to this...sadistic mix of Raven and Pillman has been quite enjoyable.
  5. A year ago, Brown's priorities outside of wrestling were seen as a lack of dedication to the business. Now they're seen as the sign of a man with common sense. None of us see things the same way anymore. We are seeing more and more people willing to leave because of exploring options beyond the wrestling business. While in some cases, such as Jericho, they only prove to be temporary. The ability to leave the business because you opened real avenues is a positive. I do wonder how many performers could leave right now and not need to return to the business be it for financial or emotional reasoning.
  6. He wasn't a major name and there isn't much controversy over what appears to be a decision made by Brown, not WWE. The other recent releases had mitigating circumstances that made it questionably relevant (Cryme Time being punished for going against script, Eugene being victim of policy, Sandman's sudden release in mid-push).
  7. You can't go to a single wrestling show and not get those people. Hell, go to sporting event and you'll run into a swarm of these morons.
  8. I will have to assume that Brown decided he needed to stay at home. If that is the case, kudos to Brown for getting out. He never loved the business that much anyways, so I'm not shocked he would just walk away. I recall a report awhile back when he was doing the contract talks with TNA, he made more with his personal training job then he did as a wrestler. Obviously, he had alternatives.
  9. Of all the interesting characters to emerge from that show, that isn't exactly the one I'd finger for a spin-off.
  10. Monday Night Football! The War!
  11. I look forward to seeing if they can get any more absurd then they were last year.
  12. Fuck it. Just have Finlay go after Undertaker. It'd be meaningless but it could produce a fun little match at No Mercy.
  13. I have to say that there are three lock games.
  14. Where would he go? TNA doesn't want him. ROH, outside of a S.S.S and maybe a live promo doesn't have a need for him. Who would back him anyways if he wanted to start up again?
  15. I think this would be a good time to talk about how WWE completely wasted 6+ years they had with this guy. Not true. They got about 6 good months on Smackdown, a few good promos, and a really good OVW stint. Yeah, the rest was a waste. Thank you, Stephanie.
  16. That'll be a hell of a storyline when Harry Smith debuts.
  17. Let's be fair. They explained why he showed up earlier in the show, he still wants revenge at Orton and volunteered to replace Daddy Cena.
  18. I would have laughed legit if they randomly chanted "USA! USA!" instead. Then again, that'd be showing unwavering support of the network.
  19. They should chant "You can't act", since that'd actually sting for WWE.
  20. It took Cena about 25 seconds to pull off the ropes and 10 minutes to think about doing that.
  21. Actually, that is his dad. He is a independent worker/manager.
  22. Oh, man. Santino was getting so buried. Damn it, Orton!
  23. Has it been a month? That'd be an ideal way for Umaga to return.
  24. Well, he left pretty sudden and they never had a reason to explain his absence. When/If he returns, they'll probably just say he went back to the serengeti to elevate his intensity or something along those lines.
  25. In WWE? That's true. Yes, it had a brief spurt in the late 90's/early 00's with a handful of good matches and not just the spotfests but it hasn't meant something of great importance (outside of a couple times in efforts to put over a specific talent) since about that period. If you want strong emphasis on Tag Team wrestling, you can find it in a couple of noticeable locations. yes, I'm just referring to the WWE...one thing TNA has done right is tag team wrestling. It has? I guess in comparison, they have.
