  1. The potential Pitt loss, won't hurt me. As I had them out second round, anyways.
  2. Awesome, a bad show deserves bad ratings.
  3. I'm not so sure. Vince seems to have a better grasp on reality (as fucking scary as that may be) than Shane. Shane legit thinks he's one of the boys and has every right to dominate the match. Vince has shown signs of sanity in this matches (The Austin cage match, the Undertaker BA match) where he gets NO offense. Vince knows the $ is in getting his ass kicked.
  4. Explain to me what was so good about tonight's show? Aside from the usual goodness from Booker and Sharmell's excellence in pure cheese... You had a weak opening match that Triple H essentially went over all 4 other guys in the ring. A completely pointless 10 minute skit that served literally no purpose between JBL/Austin, that builds to nothing. Boy wonder gets to go "all out" on a national TV and getts tons of offense against Shawn. A paint-by-numbers heel turn from Mickie, a boring segment with Edge and Foley and of course, 10 minutes of airtime for Mark Henry. Where is the "good"?
  5. Okay, seriously. What is the networks (all of them) fascination with showing constant screen shots of player's girlfriends/wives or coach's wives?
  6. When did the 'Zaga hate blossom to Duke levels? I guess it's the typical nature of society to turn on something popular.
  7. This is the impression of someone who tuned into this for the first time in years after being a Attitude Era viewer "Nothing has changed".
  8. It really is sad that the ONLY storyline on both shows building to Mania that makes any clear sense is Trish/Mickie.
  9. Is it just me or is Trish's stomach getting flabbier? Not fat, but I mean not as tight or defined as before.
  10. The oft-mentioned episode of Will's father episode of Fresh Prince, was on eariler this afternoon. It was quite the emotional monolouge there from Smith. Anyone who doubted his ability to work a dramatic scene, didn't see Six Degrees of Seperation, years before the episode occured.
  11. Well, this was quite the productive waste of network time.
  12. I like how Austin used to bitch about his character and he comes back and does the usual WHAT? routine all over again. People say Dudleyz are Stale?
  13. That is only because they add pts as it goes the fact that 1/2 my f4 are gone, will drop me soon. Well, Okay. I didn't pick Iowa over Duke afterall. So I'm still alive in my FF...with 3/4 still alive.
  14. That, was lame with the fire extinguisher guy.
  15. At least, for once the heel acknowledges the presence of a camera.
  16. I like the simple stage set-up and the white ropes. I like the blue and red spotlights and I thought the opening package was interesting and different.
  17. That, was a stupid ass shot by Tennessee.
  18. Really exciting finish coming here to this game.I want this to go OT. I'm digging these teams.
  19. Anyways, pretty fun game here with WT and Tenn.
  20. 10 pt game with 7:45 to go, isn't quite time to call it a "upset".
  21. I got to be in @ work really early in the morning. Figures that all the late games are currently close.
  22. You had MSU going over UNC ? Because of UNC's inexperience, yes. Defending champions though dude, that counts for something. Not when that defending championship team is virtually non-existant on the current UNC team. Winning the title didn't really change or alter Williams's ability to coach and his confidence.
  23. I had Mason and Pitt, so I got those. I have NCST and I'm hoping that holds out and it really sucks that ALB fell at the end of it. I really dont think 16 will ever topple 1 in men's, ever
  24. I'm really excited now. I had G. Mason and NCST winning and had UCONN out second round in one pool, so I could stand to collect big on that one, if things fall in place.
  25. My Great Danes could become the first ever 16th seed to win a game. This game would go down in history books if the Great Danes win. It's a big IF. Harvard beat Stanford in 1998. It's been done before, just not in Men's. Sorry but nobody cares about Women's sports and I think only you remember that game. Considering that it's mentioned every year at this time and it still counts a legitimate upset in terms of the circumstances of the seeding, it is still relevant. I wasn't taking away Albany's potential monumential upset, just notifying that it's not an never-done before thing.
