While I will agree that the Texans are fucking stupid for this move.. god will I ever agree to that... however.. There was going to be no trading Carr after this deal with Schaub, people knew that. Had they traded him away... its just as easy for the Falcons to have commanded more for Schaub then they originally did, knowing that the Texans wanted Schaub and were not ready to put the team into the hands of Sage or the 3rd stringer. Yes, there might have been a small market for Carr to begin with.. but with all those teams either wanting to stay where they were with who they had at QB or willing to take the gamble on a QB in the draft, because the same questions about some of those QB's were the same questions some still have about Carr even after all this time. Only time can tell if Houston will get thru this and make up for it.. I mean, the flashes were there that the team can come together and honestly.. anyone who really thought that if no trade would've been made and David had stayed with the team would've started the entire season is carazy. Just about the entire team had turned on David and lost faith in him and he had no way to control the offense and command respect from his team. He would've been benched for Sage and the year would've been even more of a disaster. Atleast with this move.. David is gone.. someone is coming in to regain the trust of the offense and possibly lead the team in a better direction.

I would be very surprised if they get much of anything for Carr in a trade. What incentive do teams have to trade anything of value for him, knowing that the Texans will have to dump him now? Knowing the Texans, they'll just release him and get nothing for him. Please don't fuckin say that. I would like to think that the Texans organization would be a bit smarter than to just let him go. What could they get for him? I don't know.. I mean there are people who've said that David could be good behind a solid line.. that he does have the capabilities to read defenses and that under the right system, he'd be an improvement over what some teams have. What would we get? I don't know.. anything first round is more than likely out .. but 2nd or middle rounds could be a possibility with Houston using them to solidify a few positions.

I'm really fuckin hoping that there's a market out there for Carr and that we can replenish some of our picks we just gave away. I don't know what we're going to do in the draft now. I mean... moving to 10.. there's still going to be a few good defensive players out there and I'm hoping there will be a decent tackle to sign up to give Schaub a bit more help than we've given David over the past five years. Eh.. losing David... I don't know how I feel about it. I mean, I can see where he's got all the talent in the world if he just had a line that could give him a few more seconds.. but then again.. there've been times where given a bit more time, he still makes rookie mistakes and throws the ball up for anyone to grab and never seems to check down or find an open Andre Johnson. I would assume, that this takes us out of the Jake Plummer drama.. but with Houston, that's never a given. Should someone be fired? Maybe.. if those same people get something good in return of a Carr trade.. maybe no.

I don't know how I feel about that one. I mean, it probably spells the end of Carr in Houston but I'm hoping we can atleast trade him for a few draft picks to shore up the line that we don't have to protect Matt..or atleast replace the 2nd rounder that we gave up. The story is saying there's also possibe extra compensation being thrown the Falcons way.. so I guess I'll wait on that to see if we actually made a smart move or not.

You have to click on the left stick, L3, and your batter's eye comes up. I found that but as far as I can tell, its not for actual aiming, its to guess where the pitch is going to end up and if your right, a baseball icon will show up. I don't think it has anything to do with aiming on where you actually wanna hit. It's a mixture of the batter's eye thing, where you're right.. it's used to guess where the pitch will be coming to you at and when you move the left thumbstick, you can hold it either up and in, up, or up and away (same for holding it down) to influence where you want to hit the ball. Comes in handy when you notice the AI shifting the outfield and you want to hit one down the line.
