Hasn't it been established that the cheerleader's dad is the one doing the killing? I don't think so. It's implied that he killed Papa Suresh in order to obtain his research (or stop his research.....I'm not sure), and that he's part of some larger group or conspiracy (we know there is more than one because of the guy trying to bug Suresh's place that Mohinder scared off). Ali Larter seems to have killed a few times before, given that she knows a burial site in the desert which is already occupied with other bodies. Sylar seems to be some serial killer with supervillain abilities. What I'm really curious about is who killed the guy who could see the future and took his brain.

I thought the first episode was pretty good. The actor who plays Dexter is very good, he comes off as likable at times, but then he gets super creepy. I thought they did a good job alternating back between the two, a good balance where you would see him doing normal things and then do stuff that was totally psycho. Dexter going up against a rival serial killer looks very interesting. Maybe a couple other thoughts....the body parts were seriously gross. I also am not that thrilled with the supporting characters. Or some of them. I'm not sure about Julie Benz as his girlfriend; she's not so bad, but she seemed a little too needy. I was also annoyed by his sister, it seemed like all she cared about was getting a promotion and it got to the point where she was really annoying me with her whining.

That's my feeling about this show. It's just interesting enough to keep watching, but it's not a show that I'm really excited about.

Today seems to have been a good day for drama. Or maybe that's just the usual.

Too bad about Kidnapped that's been a decent show. Is it just me or is everything doing terrible this year. All I hear is about how every new show is nearing cancellation. They roll out like two dozen new shows and it seems like only a couple of them do well enough that the networks don't freak out and immediately want to cancel things.
