I don't need a list to get wasted

	FearHavoc beat me to it.

I am not for Benoit getting the title shot at HHH instead of Lesnar at all, but I bet that if it happens, they will do it like this: Benoit wins the Rumble. The next Smackdown, Heyman comes out and interrupts Benoit and reminds him that he can not have a title shot while he is GM, no matter what! So winning the Rumble doesn't matter. Benoit is pissed, but someone in WWE (Linda?), decides to make it up to Benoit by giving him a shot at the other title. In a perfect world, it could lead to Benoit getting the Smackdown Title off Brock at SUmmerSlam or whenever they are going to be in Canada for a pay-per-view.

Well, I was buying the best tickets I could get to make some money to basically pay for the event. I did the same thing for Wrestlemania, and paid for my trip. I do use the TicketFast tickets, where they are printed out. I guarantee that there are no duplicates, as I erase the file from my e-mail after I print it and then treat it like any other ticket. I understand people not wanting to take a risk on printed off tickets that get scanned, though. Very easy for people to get ripped off. But, like I said, if someone on here is wanting to go relatively cheap, here's your chance. It will probably go up, but my third row seat is going for a measly $52.00 at this point.

Hey, for all of you that are wanting to go to the Royal Rumble but don't want to pay the price that Ticketmaster has, there are some good chances on eBay. I bought some tickets thinking it would be a sell-out and I would be able to make a little bit of money to help fund the trip, but it was nowhere near a sellout. I'm not just pimping out my own tickets here, there are still a lot of tickets on eBay, and people are getting them for WAY under face value. For instance, I have a third row seat (keep the chair) that is currently going for $51.00. That is is 1/6th of the price. If anyone is looking to go, this might be your chance.

I agree that he will definitely be back. He will return when the Rock returns. His storyline with Orton will be recapped and it will lead to the rumored Rock 'N' Sock vs. Evolution tag match at WMXX. And if they decide against that, they have the seeds planted for a Foley vs. Orton match at WMXX, where FOley coulde really put Orton over.
 -
It appears it is nowhere near a sell-out. There are sets of 2 seats in the first few rows left. Great job of me buying tickets to put on eBay, huh? Probably get stuck with them.

Brock is the man that has a great shot at it. He holds a main event slot, and will probably not give that up in the near future, barring severe injury or some other happening. And when you consider that if Edge had not been injured for all of this year, he would be in the top ten........that is something.

Hollywood Fashion Plate, I agree with what you say about the bell ringing ending and starting the matches, so you changed my opinion on Tag-Team Turmoil. It is still my opinion that they should treat it as one match, but they don't, as you pointed out. And I wasn't trying to state that Rumble should be considered 29 individual matches, I was just using that as an analogy of how the TTT was broken down. Long story short, I think it would make more sense if TTT was considered one match.
 -
Oh, 8 PPV's plus the UK PPV's which it appears counts on that list.
 -
Lesnar is getting up the list pretty quick. With the brand-specific PPV's now, a wrestler will typically have the chance for 8 PPV's a year, barring roster trades or changes of formats. It looks like Taker will hold that spot for a loooong time.
 -
That's the way I look at it. I look at it similar to an elimination match. You wouldn't count the Rumble to be 29 matches, so every time someone is eliminated, it is not a match. You can survive to the end, or be eliminated and replaced by another team.

I just hate how hypocritical the WWE is when it comes to certain workers. Benoit is kept from the main event for the most part because they are low on his mic skills. Goldberg is liked because he doesn't talk much and lets his actions do the talking. The difference is the size. If Benoit was a great talker and had a funny character, he probably wouldn't be any higher than what he is right now. They discriminate on his size. I for one think that Benoit is way more dangerous in the ring (character-wise) than Goldberg. But he is only 5'10", so no Title push.

The only time I would think Shawn wrestled twice would be at the Rumble, and I cannot remember him doing that. I would say no. I would honestly say that you have to count individual matches that occurred on PPV. Bump Taker up with his double duty, and so on. If you are counting "matches" you would have to do it this way. If not, you are simply counting how many PPV's a wrestler had a match on. There is a difference, although it is a slight one in statistics.
 -
If you had sex with two different women on the same day, would you count that as one woman? Thought so. The quote by JR was "matches" on PPV. Not how many PPV's he had wrestled on.
 -
No Bob, because he was three different personas in the same match. I am talking two separate matches (or more), like when Benoit wrestled as Jericho's tag partner, and then wrestled against Angle. Tag Team Turmoil I would count as one match overall, and two out of three falls would be one match overall. But if Bret opened WMX against Owen and then Wrestled later that night, that would be 2 matches.
 -
Yeah, appearances would definitely go to The Fink. JR said Michaels was wrestling in his 68th match on WWE PPV. If you counted WCW/NWA, Flair would probably hold the margin. Benoit would probably be high on the list as well, and probably close to him would be Jericho.
 -
Wow, big thanks goes to you guys that figured up those totals! 93 (or 94) is a mammoth number for Taker. It would take someone wrestling every PPV for 8 years in a row to top that, and Taker still has a few in him. Another part of this question would be would you count multiple matches on the same PPV, like when Chris Benoit would have two or more matches? I know this is nothing official, but I mean would YOU?
 -
Shawn Michaels wrestled his 68th WWF/WWE pay-per-view last Sunday, as noted by Jim Ross. Does anyone have an idea what the record is? When Michaels first started appearing, there were not 12 PPV's a year, and he had around a four year absence. I would think that someone would have more, and I would think Triple H or Undertaker would hold the top spot. Any clues? I figure no one would want to take the time to count up all that shit, but who knows, someone might make lists like this.
 -
Slightly off-topic..... In regards to Owen being a World Champ, there were at LEAST two instances where giving him the Title would have made sense and I would have expected it. 1. During his fued with Bret 2. After Bret left and Owen was attacking DX and Michaels in particular

Is there a way to update outfits for current wrestlers in the game besides doing an entire CAW? I saw a site that said something about copying the wrestler and editing him/her, but when I try to copy, all I get are my CAW's. I would really like to change Orton's attire. Thanks.

I remember it being a big deal with WM2000 and Triple H being the first heel to win the ME at WM. I guess it was the start of the new century as far as WM's go, and it took a little bit away from "the good guys always win."
 -
My justification of why Lesnar is on the list would be that he is the youngest World Champion of all time, and in less than two years, he has been the World Champ three times, he was the quickest to ever get the World Title (5 months or so), ME'd a WM as a rookie (just 1 less than Yoko, whom others agreed should be on the list), and has been a mainstay in the ME for most of his career. Of course titles are won more times in this era, but I remember when Bret Hart won the belt for the 5th time and tied Hogan. I thought that was awesome, and no one would ever be able to beat them. If you look at the number of times some of these people have won the World Title, it probably goes a long way for their inclusion on this list. Angle and Lesnar come to mind. Had Benoit been a two or three time World Champ by this point, he'd definitely make the list. I can't think of a reason for Kane to be on that list. He had a one day title reign (also during his "rookie" year for the Kane character), but has basically been a midcarder for life. I guess he has held just about every belt, though.
