Bisping was one of my faves after TUF3. It's not his personality that's souring me on him, but the fact that he NEVER looks impressive. I think he'd be an instant title contender at 185, though.

Yeah. Rampage was very, very impressive tonight. I'd have it 49-46 Rampage. His punches are so explosive. Every single one looks like it could send a head into the first row if it connects right. And he completely controlled Hendo on the ground.

Well, Bisping definitely won the 3rd round, in my eyes. 2nd definitely was Hamill and I guess I need to rewatch the first round, but yeah... I think Hamill got jobbed a bit. And is Cro Cop officially finito now or what?

Yeah... you'd think after all these years something would have come out on Sosa. A small unsubstantiated rumor. Something. But there hasn't been. As the years go on, can people just keep blindly assuming?

I was afraid to come in this thread. I'm glad that the spoilers up there are in the spoiler text. That Marcus Davis fight was un-fucking-believable. I'm going to end up rewatching that one again. Taylor nailed that kick and Davis was legit KO'd for 15 seconds or so, but the mount pummeling to arm bar was very, very nice. Davis just keeps getting better, I think. And I think Houston Alexander is well on his way to being an MMA superstar. It's a shame he's so friggin' old. But that was another first class beatdown.

This story makes me angry actually. It just another reason for the idiots who wear tin foil hats and think everyone is dirty to grumble despite the fact that he used this 3 years ago when he was still a recovering minor league pitcher. But people are going to somehow claim that this is helping him hit HRs in 2007? Makes me so angry.

Yeah... very well said. I just think that anyone who has an iPhone simply will not buy an iPod touch, which limits the market for rapid fanboys who want everything you put out. They are just way too similar. I still have plans to get an iPhone when my Verizon contract runs out, so my next iPod will definitely be a classic.

Meh. Was Herb Dean half-a-fucking-sleep when Jesse Forbes got heatbutted at point blank range directly in the face? That was so bad that I actually said to myself... The card itself was ok - the fights ranged from average to boring.

My first impulse as number one mac fanboy of the universe was "I WANT IPOD TOUCH NOW", but yeah... I'm never buying one of those at 8/16 gb. Just not enough for me. I'm thinking of going w/ an iPhone and a 160gb classic for my next round of purchases. It will be my 5th ipod. yikes. In fairness, though, I gave one away when I got one for $40 (when I bought my first iMac) and I broke one.

WEC card tomorrow. Jens got injured so that fight against Cub Swanson got pushed back to 11/3. Have you seen Volstad's numbers since being promoted to AA? Pretty damn impressive. The people on the Marlins board have been raving about Aaron Thompson's stuff, despite his numbers. And I'm probably still clinging to hope for Gaby, Sean West, Ryan Tucker, Sinkbeil, and Jose Garcia. That comes to 7 and I guess I was including guys who have already seen time in the majors like Rick Vanden Hurk, and the return of Anibal Sanchez, Josh Johnson, and Carlos Martinez from their year long injuries. I think 8-10 of those being productive major leaguers is an overestimate, but yeah... I'm in dreaming mode at the moment.

I'm not really a rap expert - probably the furthest thing from it. But I really like Graduation... Kanye's new CD. Nothing too irritating, except maybe the bonus track w/ John Mayer and most of it is a good listen. Again - if you're looking for a good opinion on this I'm the last person to ask. But it's leaked if you're looking for it.
