Anybody take any? I used supplements to great results when I played football in high school but that was almost 10 years ago (yikes). Haven't taken any since but the two I am looking at are the Xenergy weight loss/energy boost and the XM2 meal replacement protein shakes. Work has gotten too busy to always do things the optimal way and too many 12 hours days are often leaving me too tired to get to the gym so I'm hoping that these will help a bit. Anybody have any experience with these two? Or any others that may be good from Xyience?

When I listened to Gretchens news conference tonight, near the end she asked us all to say a prayer for Barbaro. Which of course I have and will do. In the past week both Anibal Sanchez and Josh Johnson have been shut down from offseason workouts with arm/shoulder discomfort. Regression to the mean? Let's just hope those that underperformed last year (Jeremy Hermida!) can pick up some of this slack. For those interested in pitcher misuse: many believe that Josh Johnson's injury stems from a rain delayed game in which he started the game and then came back in AFTER the rain delay to pitch again. This is one of the major issues that the front office had with Girardi at the end of the season too. I hope there is no major damage for either of these guys or it's going to be a long year.

I wish they would do this for as many WS as they can, but they probably won't. I am mostly interested in the '97 series which had a lot of good stories and isn't available on DVD.
