Not like at all. If it's a "hold" pose... it's just once. So about 1-2 minutes. And if it's a pose where you repeat it a few times (like 'sun salutation') you generally just repeat it 3 times. So if you wanted a yoga workout equivalent to a class then you'd have to repeat the poses maybe 2-3-4 times each. Just last night I unlocked "the triangle", "downward facing dog" and "the dancer". The triangle is hard as hell... I can barely do it let alone hold it for the time and I watched the demo for "the dancer" and decided to save it for a later date. So it's a decent beginner's course. I enjoy it, though, so I'm hoping they come out with a Yoga game for the balance board that's a bit more intense. This has all you need but it's pretty basic.

Well, yes. You only start off with I'll say 5 poses or so and then you gradually unlock more as you go. I'm finding them harder as they go. The last one I unlocked was "the chair" pose. I'm a strong guy, I squat over 300 pounds for sets of 12 and my legs were shaking like crazy trying to hold the chair pose for 40 seconds. As for the rest of the game, I've started unlocking some of the more fun stuff... like the boxing cardio game and the advanced step cardio game. The advanced boxing is super fun and a pretty decent workout for the 6 minutes it takes. Do it 3-4 times in a row and you're set. I see myself getting better at a lot of the workouts already.

I've seen a lot of pictures floating around lately of Mandy with Ryan Adams. She apparently does not have a set type. And, in my opinion, Keith Jardine got screwed hardest. $10K TUF contract + hospital bills for getting KTFO really really sucks for someone who was used to help SELL the PPV. I also read that he got smaller than normal sponsor money for this fight because he was wearing his own clothing apparel to the ring. His next contract should have a huuuuuge raise.

What's the yoga like? Is it basic beginner stuff or would someone who's been doing it for a few years find any worth in it? I'm a beginner to Yoga myself so I really can't say.

I sort of enjoyed this but it really lost me at the end. I've never been a big fan of I liked Shia..."What are you like 80?" and the ants scene was pretty dope... but meh. 6/10. -
I think they are grooming Palhares as an eventual title contender. Watching it over Rogan kept mentioning Anderson Silva during the post-fight.

I see what everyone is saying - I really do. But I already mentioned Jake O'Brien and even though he won the fight... KONGO of all people took Heath down at will and dude's got no ground/takedown game at all. I definitely think Heath can damage Brock standing but I can't envision a scenario where Brock doesn't get Heath on his back... literally within seconds.

I just noticed on second viewing that right after the stoppage BJ does in fact run over to Sherk, who is still on the ground, swipe some blood off his face and proceed to lick it off his hand. On first viewing I thought he was checking on him. Nope.

Let me try to start some discussion in this thread... Machida: enjoyable to watch because of how technical he is? Or just boring? I personally love watching him fight because he's so fucking skilled, it's silly. He's almost untouchable in there and then he'll just surprise you all of a sudden with an explosive strike or takedown. That's enjoyable for me to watch. At the same time, I can see where people can call him boring...especially when you have someone like Wanderlei on the same card, but I enjoy watching him fight.

After 5 days with this game, btw, it's easily worth the accolades. It makes doing stuff that's sometimes difficult to do (situps, pushups) more fun and there are a ton of great exercises. Now I can finally do Yoga without having to go to a class and some of the balance games are really, really fun. I wish there were more workout options but that's why there will probably be a Wii Fit 2.

I decided to buy about $15 worth of the extra DLC for "My Life As a King" and then I set the difficulty to very hard. The one purchased dungeon is level 100 so this is going to take awhile.

I just think B.J. didn't want to come off as a total dick. I'm pretty sure he still has little respect for Sherk.

-Meltzer Tito crashed the press conference. Ha. I'm waiting for more information on this... KO of the night: Wanderlei Sub of the night: Palhares Fight of the night: Gouveia/Reiljic I agree with all three... they earned their $75k.

I'm a big Sokoudjou fan. He punished Nakamura tonight.

Smart move. I lost $300 on Jardine but won just above $2500 on Carwin and Yoshida.
