Yeah - so the Grammy Awards are on. So far, the only highlites were Kanye's performance of Hey Mama and Alicia Keys performance. I don't really listen to her music but I always enjoy it when I hear it. I'd have quit watching already but I'm wondering how Amy Winehouse's fresh out of rehab performance later tonight (via satellite) is going to turn out.

I was actually shocked to see 16 replies and not have one of them be unzips pants. It was a first for the board, I think.

Eh - I like a few of the songs on Oracular Spectacular. It's a bit weird at times but I enjoy it.

Does anybody else think that if Tim Sylvia played up his boos and went into all out heel mode he could be extremely marketable? I saw a few TV spots for this today and they mentioned Keith Jardine. One small problem being that he's not on the card.

I'm really wishing this season wasn't cut short because I'm really interested in what's going on with Matthew Abaddon, the whole crew he assembled, and the reasoning behind everything. I have a feeling we would have gotten the answer by the end of the season but not after 8 episodes. I'm also starting to think that Michael and Walt definitely aren't part of the six because Michael is Ben's man on the boat. But then where does that leave Walt? Man, fuck the WGA.

What's the point of having people like Dolph Lundgren on Inside MMA? I FFed through every time they focused on him. It's just those little things that irritate me. The major thing that irritates me is Kenny Rice. He sucks at his job, firstly, and he also comes across as a grade A sleazebag when the camera isn't rolling. Luckily the awesomeness of Bas and the pretty decent newscage segments keep me tuning in every week when there aren't great guests.

Good call. They tied it when I turned it on but now they are down 10... very quickly.

My one lasting memory of season 2 is the hawk flying right into the window. I wish they came out with that one on DVD - but they didn't. I do have season 1 to enjoy forever, though.

I think there are certainly cans when it comes to Lesnar. Any lower tier heavyweight who doesn't know jiu-jitsu has little to no chance against Brock. I just can't see how someone like a Hardonk, Eddie Sanchez, Colin Robinson, Soa Palelei would beat him. Hawk said it pretty well in his first few paragraphs... although I disagree about Sylvia. He'd crush Brock right now.

I didn't consider that but I bet you're right. And I don't think we're seeing the numbers anymore... especially since the Lost Experience a few years ago gave away their significance.

Juliet already explained last season that they don't know what it is but they do know that it doesn't like the security fence. I believe that was a serious response. Ben most likely genuinely does not know. Hurley is going to play a major role in things... being that he can see Jacob. It's looking like Col. Daniels (Matthew Abadon) is going to have a major role this season. Ben is so fucking awesome. It just needs to be said. He's such a great character. The whole speech he gave to Sawyer today was great...as was his final speech.

Speaking of shows coming around here... besides New Pornographers/Okkervil River there is also a Super Furry Animals/Times New Viking show coming up. I'm probably gonna skip that one, though. I'm having a very hard time getting through the Times New Viking.

lol. That's one of probably only two Jack Johnson songs I actually like. The other being Flake. The next three CDs have not a single highlight. I just found out today that The New Pornographers and Okkervil River are playing here in April. Tickets are only $15. I'm pretty psyched.
