It's hard to eat cottage cheese at first but mix in some fruit and it's pretty decent. There is a product called Breakstone Cottage Doubles that is pretty good. I sometimes just straight up crave plain low fat cottage cheese, though, which I'll admit is weird. Here's the thing NoCalMike - diets don't work. If you want to eat that stuff, that's fine...then never cut them out. Just limit your calories to about 2000-2200, work out 3-4 times a week and in a month or two you'll see a big improvement. Unless you're eating lard or drinking crisco, the actual food that comprises those calories doesn't matter (unless you're trying to do something more serious then just lose a few pounds). The problem with a diet mentality is that people want results now and then when they haven't lost 15 pounds in two weeks they quit being healthy at all and then it's fucking over.

Well, fuck it, I'll admit that I love A Knight's Tale. I was really looking forward to his Joker interpretation, as well. I don't get upset at celebrity deaths but I'm not exactly pleased with this news.

Got the new issue of Fight! today with Brock Lesnar on the cover. He's wearing blue/white Warrior wear shorts in his promo pic if anyone is interested in that sort of thing. There's also a feature on the Diaz brothers which I haven't read yet and a smoking hot pictorial of Ariany Celeste. They just switched from bi-monthly to monthly so I'll recommend the mag again to anyone who may be interested.

You know - I was thinking it wasn't much of an episode until that. But damn, that was cold. And awesome. Some questions/comments about Ep 4: And what are Spiros and the Greek doing in Baltimore? They fled and IIRC, they switch locations when they're hot and never return. I think that's a lack of continuity a bit... or did I miss something? And without giving anything away - this Marlo/Omar war is going to be fucking epic.

Affliction isn't a tee shirt company, it's designer clothing. Other clothing designers (the names you all already know) charge a lot more. Buy a t-shirt from FCUK, Billionaire Boys Club, etc. and they are $50 or more. They ARE quality shirts and they are probably nicer than you think. Randy was wearing one of the hoodies I own in the Fedor shoot. It was $140 but well, well worth it. Very heavy and nice. In the same manor, a lot of the Affliction stuff is a little too "skull and bones" for me. They just came out with some jewlery recently and they're trying to charge like $400+ for dogtags and shit... that's where I draw the line.

This was in vogue a few years ago but all of the research that has some out since hasn't exactly been in its favor.

You can tour Petco Park for something ridiculous like $7. I got to see the player parking lot, sit in the dugout, go in the press box, walk on the field. It was well worth 2x the price.

You know, I don't really consider Affliction an MMA brand. They were smart tapping into that market due to the style of their clothing, but they do a lot of other stuff besides MMA. The price tag is hard to swallow but I have a GSP t-shirt and three non-UFC branded hoodies. They usually get good compliments but the price on the hoodies was about 3-5x what I would normally spend on a similar shirt.

You also have to think that out of Lesnar and Shane Carwin (who looks like an absolute beast and CUTS to heavyweight)... there will also be some new blood in the title hunt by let's say end 2009.

I think the difference is Eli. He's been outstanding the last 4 1/2 weeks... after halftime of the Buffalo game until now. And in the playoffs you can make a case that he's been the most impressive QB.

I completely rescind this statement. The album has totally grown on me. My favorite track is "Oxford Comma" and features the line "To the window and to the wall, Lil' Jon... he always tells the truth." I had to rewind it the first time I heard it to make sure I got the lyric right. The guy sounds a little like Paul Simon and the lyric totally fits the song, which made it completely unexpected. Check it out if you're up for something different, I suppose.

Well, that's a very good point. I wasn't coming out totally against it... I was just wondering if there was a reason to keep using them when something is already out. And this is a perfect answer.

Realistically, it's amazing how many drama queens there are on this board. You all know you're going to watch the damn game so quit making up shit that you're going to instead.
