No, you wouldn't. Trust me on that. It's a really weak, or really bitter person that gets on here and wishes pain on somebody just because they don't like the wrestler's skills or character. Nobody including me is going to claim Henry is the best wrestler out there, he wouldn't either. As for the saying it to his face thing, if you can't say something about somebody in front of them it's not worth saying, and is cowardly. I only met Mark Henry once, very briefly, but he seemed like a very good person and he does his best in there even though he abilities are limited. Back to the topic, thanks to those that brought up the Warrior/Legion of Doom vs Demolition match. I have that on tape somewhere and will look for it, haven't watched it in years and would enjoy it.

Was that against Mr Perfect and the genius Poffo, if so I was there.
-
I'd love to see you say that to his face..as for the topic, the Savage turn on Hogan/Elizabeth jealousy angle was great.

Being glad someone was hurt is garbage.

This may have been mentioned before, I read the other day the early plans for the UPN show that turned out to be smackdown was all divas/women wrestling.

http://newsbusters.org/node/6410 It's America's fault, or at least President Bush's. Of course. Mitchell concluded from the State Department, without naming any names: "Tonight, critics in both parties say the administration has been so focused on Iraq and Afghanistan, it has failed to pay enough attention to the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians. Andrea Mitchell, NBC News, at the State Department."

I'd believe that one.

I still think after a while, you'll have less crossover from the established WWE stars. Right now they have Snow, Mahoney, Big Show, Anderson, Doring, Credible, Guido, Knox, Roadkill, Sabu, Sandman, Test, Richards, Dreamer, Punk, Mamaluke, Shannon Moore, as regulars, Van Dam and Angle out for hopefully just a while. Foley could be an every now and then guy. I don't know if the average viewer would have gone for main events of Justin Credible vs Sandman at the start, even if the ECW talent had not been squashed, but I think some of those guys will be built up better. Knox and Test are not as bad as they've called, don't think Test is the future of the promotion but as a normal muscled heel, he works for me. I've said this before, but too many it seemed were hoping of a total reunion of the ex-ECW guys, with everyone from New Jack, Dudleys, Lance Storm, Benoit, mentioned, it's not going to happen, but if tonight's an indication the product will be okay.

How old is he?

Did you think tonight's show "sucked?"

Hope the Diva stuff is clipped, actually I don't mind Miz too much, at he's not going through the motions and sounds excited to be there. I wish I hadn't looked at the spoilers now but I have no willpower. Sounds good, I'll probably have to tape it due to softball games as usual, but it should be worth it. Thanks for the results, to the first poster.

This is a quote from Stevie Richards on WWE.com, even if it's not by him actually I agree with it, hope the viewers have patience. “ECW now is not the ECW it was eight or ten years ago; right now it’s in a transition period and getting introduced to the casual viewers,” Richards said. “It’s trying to retain the fans that knew it all along while trying to get new viewers as well. We’re trying to please so many people and still stay true to the product. It’s a very difficult place for everyone on the roster to be in, but we’re up to the challenge and we’re going to make it the best brand in WWE.”

Good show, I was a little down on it myself going in, but really enjoyed it. I think it's been proven a roster of around 15 can do good things, but it takes a plan.
-
Who else would you want to have it right now? Sabu and Van Dam, unavailable. Justin Credible?
-
I don't know if they do it because they want to keep people down-that would be stupid and even with their faults theyre not stupid-or they (McMahons) think that's what people want to see.
-
If it leads to them going out looking for women, etc, who knows, it could be funny, I'll wait before just giving up on it-like I nearly have DX.
-
Having weekly challengers for the belt, even non-title matches for a Val Venis, for example, would help keep things from getting stale. Having DX in the main event takes away from what every other wrestler is trying to accomplish, in storylines, at least, winning the title. I'm doing what I've got on some here for doing, complaining, but I did turn it off at the end Overall, I didn't think it was a horrible show, the diva stuff made me laugh like I said, I thought the hotel beatdown was short and to the point even if I'd have done it different. Highlanders looked okay, glad they're going face at least to start, would have made no sense after their promos. Even the Visera/Haas deal, I was thinking it's going somewhere so that's a good thing, give it a shot instead of just dropping it. Did I miss Kane tonight?
-
True, but it's not good. Sounds like you agree. The belt gives everyone on the roster an angle, more or less, even if they'll never touch it, that should over any one feud or storyline.

Summerslam 2002 and 2005 say "hello" Help me out a little.
-
I think so, then DX will get them back even worse, and so on.
-
I wish they'd had the DX stuff first or at least middle, built to a Cena and Benjamin main event. Scrap the hotel beatdown, let Orton and Venis go longer, and have some kind of "comedy" at the hotel to end that before the main event. It's an obvious statement, but the belt should never get second billing on the list of angles.
-
I turned off the last segment. I just don't put up with it, and I don't feel like I've wasted my time. If there's anything decent I missed, it will be repeated anyway.
-
Hilarious, not in a good way, but still hilarious. I laughed...so it was entertaining.

Nobody said they shouldn't be allowed, but some of it, allowed or not, is worthless.

His problem seemed to be attitude, not ability.
