Anderson version of the RE Universe, should be happy to know that Resident Evil: Degeneration is set in the Game Universe and follows the events after RE4. It's pretty much a stop filler between RE4 and RE5, with a few little nods to past games, but a whole lot of character development and story motivation. The CGI itself is pretty similar to past Capcom efforts from RE games, and it does feel at times you're watching an extended cut scene, the music is similar and the voice acting is typically RE style. Don't worry if you feel like you've heard voices before on different characters, there's a few Capcom Voice Talent regulars that pop up.

I knew Super Mario Bro was bundled to start with, but it was available on its own too. Wii Sports, at the least in the UK, is only available with the Wii. If its sold that many copies in Japan alone as a stand alone game, then that's pretty mind blowing. Makes you wonder why Nintendo aren't starting to push and sell it in the UK and the rest of the world too.

Hmm, but its not something you can actually buy on its own - at least in the UK. Its bundled with the Wii and is part of the Wii SKU. I'm not sure you could class it as a game that has been sold on its own SKU.

Bit late to try it today, since I'll have to start cooking it in a few hours. The film that George Lucas wishes he had never made?! Awesome I remember watching it none stop as a kid, with almost all the jokes flying over my head. I liked it as it had a big muppet like Duck and I loved the Muppets. I watched it the other day and I was pretty surprised at how adult the whole movie is. More surprised that my Nana used to let me watch as much as I did - ah bless that woman. So, what's on the Special Edition? Removed all the mild swearing? Replaced the guns with walkie talkies? Howard the Duck is now CGI?

Hmm that's odd, especially in a fucking survival game where you'd naturally want to run the fuck away. Left 4 Dead manages to pull it off. Obviously, its not on the same level as RE5, but still, give us some blind fire option! Nah, that makes sense money wise. REzero was half decent from what I remember too, that was Gamecube only.

I know its not on the same level, but I remember the first time my mate said 'Oh here, Chris, eat this Jalapeño, they're dead sweet.' So I did, and tried to Man up as all the spit and saliva in my mouth dried up faster then the Dead Sea. I think my mate takes pleasure in knowing it was him that destroyed my trust in the human race. Him and that damn Jalapeño Pepper. It didn't however, affect my liking for Jalapeño Peppers in the right situation. They can add that little extra pinch that some things can't.

Just tried to play Resident Evil and Resident Evil 2 on the PS2, and I just can't. They're slow and juttery, but they haven't changed at all since the first time I played them over 10 years ago. Its just that, well, they haven't aged well. I think I would have been able to manage it if they hadn't revamped them slightly on the Gamecube, and then further still for Resident Evil 4.
