ustream quality is suspect but I guess beggars can't be choosers. There is over 30 feeds up at JTV for WM - they're gonna get nuked.
-
The UFC is militant with Justin and other streams - I'm surprised the wwe hasn't caught on yet. Let's hope they don't start tonight.

Did he specifically say Malenko? Where's a link to that? -
The wwe will actually have two color commentary spots to fill, with "Superstars" needed an announce crew as well.

I want whatever it is that you're smokin! There is no chance in hell (no pun intended) that match is going on after the HHH/McMahons/Orton/Legacy debacle It will if Orton is winning. -
Striker is smart enough to know not to pick that fight.

The 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania Thread

Given the HHH/Orton stipulation it reeks of Orton winning the title without HHH jobbing to him. Is it still possoble that Shane McMahon will "turn" and end up being behind The Legacy? Sure they'd have to explain away the Shane vs Orton matches, but I still like Shane with Legacy, with his motive being Stephanie and HHH were pushing him out of the family business, which was his birthright as the first born and male heir to the McMahon Family. The deal could have been that he wanted to out HHH being married to Stephanie but couldn't just come out and say it because it was forbidden by Vince and Linda and he could have been cut off/excommunicated. Taker vs HBK is a lock to be the last match. -

Did Evolution ever get pussified as much as Legacy has? Who would win in a fight Spirit Squad or Legacy? -
I assume JR and King will call all of WM now(or maybe have a three man booth with Cole). I suspect JR will be moved back to Raw at the draft as well, as VKM is bailing on SD!. I wonder if that was part of Tazz's decision. I just hope they don't move Striker from ECW. JBL and Cole on SD! would be fine, though I thought I read that JBL was going to leave wrestling once he retired.

I'll never understand why there is so much drama in running a message board. Of course I never venture outside of the wrestling forums, so maybe thats why I'm in the dark regarding te politics of the board. Regarding Abraham Saddam Washington, he's supposed to have crazy charisma, dwarfs anything FCW has ever had, but I never hear about his ringwork, so I fear he's probably green as hell. -

I agree completely. I think it would have been badass for Shawn to be standing in the ring still in white, only to see Undertaker come from the ring behind him. If HBK needed to lose the trench coat for the chokeslam escape, why not just have UT grab that and try to pull him down, only for HBK to slip it off. -

He's safe for another year so he's pulling out the stops now! --- Are the WWE engineering and building up their fanbase from ground zero again? Just to think, in 1994 they had those colorful kiddie characters, that grew and evolved as the fans grew over the 5-6 years into the attitude era. So that would be a fan growing from the age of 12-18 with the product growing and match them. In terms of money, surely that's the more successful model to do, to grow and educate your fans into the promotion. So in 5 years time we could have another attitude era when the current fan base grows older. There seems to be a 5 year cycle in wrestling where it peaks, ebbs and rebuilds. There is virtually no way the wwe could expand their fan base by attracting new fans over 18 years old. You have to get us when we're young... -
This Raw is boring as hell.

Flair's gold retirement watch from HBK/HHH? Did Flair remind fans about that at the beginning of the promo (I missed it)?

YO! TSM raps: John Cena in 2009
Thanks for the Fish replied to Ed Wood Caulfield's topic in The WWE Folder
So Rock gets at least $5M per movie, does 2-3 movies a year (making at least $15M) and spends the rest of the time doing what he damn well pleased, or he should wrestle over 200 dates a year, be on the road for almost 300 to pull in a couple million dollars. It's not just the company line with Cena, he believes the stuff he is saying. Wrestling is his life. BFD he did The Marine and now 12 Rounds, they both look like they sucked. As for MVP, I'd like to see him use the roaring elbow as his finisher. -
Correct. I believe there was some sort of contest where fans with garage bands and such could submit songs for their favorites.

How many UFC lightweights would drop down to 145er if it didn't mean heading to the WEC, but was rather made a UFC division? -
UFC 94 - Georges St. Pierre vs. BJ Penn II
Thanks for the Fish replied to Mik's topic in Mixed Martial Arts
Penn knows he won't get another fight, because it ties up two titles. However he also could be dogging GSP to the point GSP wants the fight and would be willing to fight at a catch weight. GSP was probably 25lbs heavier than Penn on fight night. Penn is just stupid to realize that it's nothing to do with GSP being better than him, they're simply different weight classes - the UFC has changed since Penn last held the welterweight title - it's all about the weight cutting. GSP is a huge welterweight, only Alves is probably bigger. Fitch would probably beat Penn at welterweight too. Penn has enough challenges at 155er, he should just stay there and cement his legacy. -
Bobby Lashley makes MMA debut on December 13th...

Though to be fair, Lashley probably would have finished Guida in the first if it was in a cage. -

Lashley is no Lesnar. Lesnar's second fight was Frank Mir, Guida is crud. Shamrock would have subbed Lashley.
