I'm not bored with it, because it isn't bad and hasn't been bad for a couple of years now. Cena on top was classic, Orton on top was good, Triple H on top hasn't been too good. If something is good, I don't mind if it isn't "fresh". Doing something fresh for the sake of being different is never a good idea, you go with what works. Long title reigns work if it is done well, like Cena and Orton's championship runs. Hunter's title reign hasn't been spectacular, mostly because the 2 guys they were pushing to the top (Jeff and Regal) ended up getting suspended. I think Jeff's suspension is the reason Orton retained at mania, I'm willing to bet if Jeff didn't get suspended, mania would've been the frame work to build to a showdown with Jeff/Hunter some time this summer. The story was writing itself and I think that is where they would've been leading too after Mania. Jeff would've won the MITB and Hunter would've won the WWE title, and they would've been on the road to a Summerslam showdown, but Jeff got fucked up and they scratched the plans, and thought it would be better to stretch out the Hunter/Orton feud.
They started building up Regal as the top heel on the show, so than he got busted, so they had to go another route. So it only made sense to go with Cena/HHH. Maybe they should've waited a while, and probably fed Jeff to Trips at NOTC, but they might be trying to keep the streak of good buyrates they've been getting and went with a sure thing like Cena/Hunter.
