Ever Have a Weird Dream?

Last night I had a dream where I was in a real-life first person shooter, the closest I can think of is Halo. The thing was, I kept running in circles; I would go through this 'hub' area and out the other way (two doors on the sides were locked) and suddenly THE FUCKING BIG SHOW would start chasing me. Of course, he never caught me, seeing as he IS Big Show. I would then go through this door, then through the hub again, etc. Finally, Big Show turned on a self-destruction device with the alarm and everything. So me and my group (which I didn't know I had until now) ran this other way towards a door, but some mad scientist behind it locks it, and starts laughing maniacally. Big Show is coming closer, and like idiots we keep trying to open the door. Then I woke up.

I think I told everyone about my weird dreams in the last dream thread. Probably the most disturbing one was where I was carving up this conscious and living old woman, and selling her innards by the side of the highway.

 

I have the falling, and jerk awake right upon impact dream at least 3 times a week. I can fly in most of my dreams too, which is some latent sexual thing. As is swimming. Also, pretty much all of my dreams are silent, and in black and white. I rarely dream in color.

Oh, my weirdest dream! This one makes me feel sick just thinking about it. It's extremely gross.

 

I'm at my local pool, splashing around, swimming etc. Suddenly, for some inexplicable reason, I started to drown. Nobody was quite sure what to do, and it soon became apparent I was going to die.

 

When all hope was lost, I saw a hand reaching out, and my sister's face looking in despair at me. I took her hand, she pulled me out. It kind of went slow-mo here, as I was pulled out, my eyes came in contact with various parts of her body. All of a sudden, I came to her vagina. Further up, I saw her breasts.

 

She was completely naked.

 

Before I had any chance to react, she ran out of the pool, still holding my hand. We ran through the streets of my town, me in my board shorts and her in nothing. We finally reached our house. I looked at her and she at me, and we started making out.

 

That signalled me waking up.

I had a REALLY weird dream last night, and I'll try to say what I remembered about it here:

 

It all stems from a call that my brother told me about the other day. Apparently, someone calling themselves 'my friend Darren' called my house a few days ago, asking when I'd be home for Christmas break. Thing is, I don't know anyone named Darren. This stuck in my head for a few days, but I had forgotten about it by the time I fell asleep last night, and that's where my dream starts.

 

I *think* I was at school, but both of my brothers were there, so I could have been somewhere else. Anyway, the phone rings, and I answer it, and it's a man, who says that he's this Darren fellow. Then, some woman comes on the line, saying that she wants to see me, so I ask who they are, and they say something about my dad. Something along the lines of him fathering another child, or something, and they want to talk to me about it. Anyway, it progresses from there like some weird movie, where I keep meeting certain people, and they tell me what to do and where to go. The dream ended with me talking to someone in a mall food court, or something, and me screaming, at the top of my lungs, 'I'M BEING CHASED BY A FUCKING PSYCHO!!!', or something along those lines.

 

Took awhile for me after I woke up to convince myself that NONE of it happened in real life.

I won $50,000,000. It was in a massive pile of small bills surrounding a brand new house when I got home. I went to the dealership to buy a 2003 Mustang GT convertible, as well as a supercharger, new exhaust system, ram air intake, Diablo racing chip, and just a bunch of ways to make it the baddest motherfucker on the road, but I woke up on the way to the dealership.

 

I've been shot, bludgeoned, hung, EVERYTHING, but the moment I have a good dream, it doesn't last. I have bad Dream Luck.

I legitimately had a dream where RobJohnstone said something to the effect of "Screw you guys" and left. He somehow got the red lettered name, and everything.

 

Then mysteriously a lot of people also left because they were sorry he left.

 

I think it has to do with my remorse about people being banned, especially someone who did me no wrong like Alina. I just don't like to see people leave.

 

Although I still get to say I've dreamed about RobJohnstone leaving the smarksboard

 

And... that I've dreamt about the smarksboard.

The weirdest dream I ever had was when I was around eight or so I had a double-death dream. It was after I first saw the movie Tremors. The dream within a dream had a big worm chasing me and eventually bite the top of my head off. Then I woke up in the dream thinking I had just had a nightmare then I start seeing and feeling this green ooze dripping out of the top of my head and I just stare for a minute then collapse dead. Then I woke up for real and did not sleep well for the next few nights.

I had a dream the other night I was playing guitar in front of a fuckload of people. I was shredding all crazy like and doing some whacked-out shit, then all of a sudden I just started puking all over the frets of the guitar, and the crowd turned into animals. Like cattle and goats, but not kangaroos.

Does anyone else ever have recurring imaginary locations in their dreams? The rare times that I remember my dreams, there are often a few repetitive places: a gigantic highrise hotel, a secret room underneath my old high school, a strange mall. Bizarre to say the least.

Kinda weird but the ones that I can remember are the ones that are the most vivid in detail for me.

 

#1)I end up starting out on some unknown street with a row of apartments and such. Anyways this ambulance races by and stops a couple houses ahead. They get out and are loading a gunshot victim onto a gurney when a guy resembling a mix of Joe Pesci and the evil dude from Rocky and Bullwinkle appears. He beckons me into the ambulance where Jessica Harper(Dressed as Janet Majors in Shock Treatment) is seated. We end up robbing a bank and heading back to my house. We park and enter my house as the medical people continue with the gurney and everything like nothing happened and I woke up

 

#2) This was pretty freaky considering the vividness of it. It's the first day of school and this school is pretty impressive. Escalators leading to the next floor, basically a school setup as a small shopping mall. So I head up the escalator and walk down a few hallways and pass by a bathroom when I hear screams. I walk back to the source of the screams and peer down the escalators where these 2 werewolves(Resembling the Werewolf in London ones, despite my never seeing that movie) appear. Kids are scrambling for them lives and I'm like, "oh fuck" so I scramble towards the bathrooms. Anyways, I'm so scared I enter the girls bathroom and hide in this little section beneath the sinks as the door opens in front/ahead of the sinks. So I'm hiding there, as a girl calmly walks in. Through the door I can see the werewolves stalking kids. Then one of the werewolves sneaks into the bathroom and begins to peer around. He begins to sniff beneath the sinks and just as he was about to find me, I woke up. Very freak shit

I use to suffer from night terrors. If you don't know what they are do an internet search. It got so bad at one point I was afraid to fall asleep. Kind of like Nightmare on Elm Street but you don't get killed.

Actually, it is possible to die in your sleep as a result of a dream which involves you being killed.

 

Also, I use to occasionally suffer from sleep paralysis. That is, waking up but not being able to move at all, and you are essentially paralised. When I do still occassionally get it, I can't work out whether it's the real deal, or I'm just dreaming it.

Last night,I had a dream that I met Mick Foley.He was by a barn and this alien guy shows up and just stands there.Then these guys in radiation suits show up and walk around him.I woke up.I couldn't move.Scared the fuck out of me.

Ok, I once had this dream that I was laying in my bed, in my home (Which is odd enough in and of itself - If I ever dream myself in a place I know, it tends to not actually be that place, it's just similar, but I know it's that place) and I knew that outside, in the hallway, there was something. I don't know what, but it was going to kill me dead.

 

Thankfully, I woke up. It was kinda creepy to have been dreaming that this was happening then wake up in the same location, but I was like, cool...

 

Then I looked at the foot of my bed AND THE FUCKING MONSTER WAS RIGHT FUCKING THERE! I ALMOST SHIT MY FUCKING PANTS! Then I got totally paralyzed, and had to just LOOK at the thing. One hideous fucking beast, lemme tell ya...

 

Then I ACTUALLY woke up, realized I had only dreamed that I woke up the first time, and I was still afraid to open my eyes. I was scared that this was a dream too, and so help me, if I had seen that fucking thing again, I was gonna just die of fear. I don't think I got back to sleep for a few hours. I was scared so shitless...

 

Then one time I had this dream that I was at work, and this girl came in. This isn't just any girl, mind you. She actually used to work in the same place as me (Wal-Mart) and was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in my entire life. Like every other guy in the store, I fell in love with her on sight. Plus, she was actually a really nice person, from what I can tell. Too often, hotties are bitches, but whatever.

 

Anyway, the dream. She walked in, I saw her, and my mouth just kinda hung open. That's not odd itself, actually - I think she's the only girl who ever caused me to actually do the stereotypical "abadabadaba" drooling thing where your mouth just hangs and you just stare. Anywa, I do that, and she looks at me.

 

"It's because I'm just too gorgeous for words, isn't it?"

 

I froze; this was exactly what I had been thinking. She continued to say things along those lines, and I woke up feeling really odd. She wasn't saying them in a egotistical way or anything - just matter-of-factly, af if she was just reading my mind then saying it out loud.

 

Then one day I dreamed we were being chased around my HIgh School by something. At one point, I looked behind us, and saw one guy wakling by the doors to the gym, and this big monster, like the thing from Alien jumps out and bites him clean in half (Well, it wasn't clean, really - pretty gory).

 

The really odd part was that everything slowed right down, and this dramatic orchestra piece, complete with choir, which I'm sure I've never heard, played in the background. The image and song stuck with me all day.

 

Then I had a dream where the people in it were saying stuff that had nothing to do with the dream. When I woke up, I realized why - My sister was watching Full House in the same room, and I was actually hearing the voices on the TV in my dream, but dreaming a different surrounding for them.

 

I told her to change the fucking channel.

I've had some pretty weird dreams myself. One involving the Smartmarks Forums also.

 

I've been having those dreams that come true later on since I was 7. Freaks me out every single time.

 

I hate it, HATE IT, HATE IT, when I'm having a dream that is SOOOO great and everything I've always wanted to come true does come true and then I wake up.

 

The longest dream I ever had just took place a few days ago. I totally forgot exactly what the dream was, but it was pretty long, the dream itself was like a mini-series. I was asleep for 15 hours and that dream lasted those 15 hours. Weird.

On a side note... I have never had sex in a dream. I have been in the situation where I was about to have hot wild sex with the typical squad of cheerleaders or women's soccer team (mmmmmm... soccer chicks), but I never remember having sex in the dreams. It kind of sucks. Anybody else have that problem?

Same here except for me something bad happens to me. Like once I was about to do the nasty in a closet with some hot chick and the closet got locked and I suffocated to death.

I had a weird dream a couple of nights ago. I was with some friends of mine, and we was playing golf. I was at the hole, about to putt it in, when a ball came and hit me in the head. That woke me up with a jolt, and I was on my couch sleeping. When I woke up my family was looking at me funny. So I got up, got dressed and went into work. I was working on a ladder when something happened, and I fell off the ladder. That made me wake up again, and It turned out I was sleeping in my own bed.

 

Basically I had a dream within a dream. Weird

I had the night paralysis happen to me for two straight weeks. Very unrestful period when you can feel your extremities lose feeling then your head sinks into the darkness. Probably as close to dying as you can get without the actual act. Absolutely terrifying.

Same thing happens here. And in a similar vein, there are some dreams I'll have where I'm in a gunfight or other similar violent situation, but my gun isn't loaded, or is jammed, or fires bullets that are so tiny and puny that they're worthless. Similarly, hand-to-hand combat never works, I'll bounce a fucking baseball bat off the skull of my enemy and they'll just laugh. Creepy and frustrating as hell.

I had a dream where I had to solve a brutal murder mystery with Bill Cosby. God that dream was annoying. I forgot the circumstances of the murder. Though I do remember in the dream was it being like 100 degrees at 9:00 in the morning and Bill Cosby taking off his shirt which grossed me out so much that I vommitted into a trash can. Just as we chasing down the killer a car hit the Cos and the dream ended. Frikking weird that dream was.

Last night, I had a dream that I was in a huge cineplex, trying to find the two people I had come in with. They went off to see "8 Mile" ( the plot was different from the real film), and didn't want to see it twice in a row with me. I got really angry with them.

 

 

Next thing I know, everyone in the building is a freakin' Communist, and they're out to kill the five or so of us that aren't. Luckily for me, Vince McMahon comes by at the last possible second and saves our lives.

 

I gave Vince a hug and thanked him for saving my life. He yelled at me, because he had to save my freakin' life. As the dream ended, I guess we left together or something.
