Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted September 22, 2002 Hmm. I start Collins instead of Garcia on a last second spur of the moment gut feeling, and I figured I was gonna pay cause Garcia would have a career game or something against the Skins, but it turns out that the two of them have combined for less than 100 yards passing and 0 TDs in their games so far. Whoopee.. Edit: Right now I have my score at 80-32. So my theory that I wouldn't score 45 pts this week looks safe considering Collins is doing the ass end of nothing. Guest razazteca Report post Posted September 22, 2002 well the trade did not help me much as I never seem to get production out of the TE but Antowain Smith did score a TD finally
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted September 22, 2002 Andre Davis from Cleveland helped me alot this week. Two recieving TDs are always nice from the wr/rb guys.

Whoopee.. You think that's bad? Well on one my other leagues i sat Kurt Warner for Testeverde on a gut feeling. Testeverde has always played well against Miami and Warner is playing a tough defense so i thought eh this seems like a good chance to take a gamble. So of course the Jets score a whole 3 points this week! oi
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted September 22, 2002 Hmm..well Garcia is sick and not playing at 5:00 to go in the 3rd, so his #s would have sucked.
Guest The Man in Blak Report post Posted September 22, 2002 Geezus, I'm just watching a fantasy football nightmare. *watches Terrell Owens drop the pass in the end zone again*
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted September 22, 2002 You think you have a nightmare? *Looks at my 40 pts* for a total* Uhuh.. *guesstimate
Guest MrRant Report post Posted September 22, 2002 what are the scores looking like?
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted September 22, 2002 I have it on my guesstimation that Im losing something like 80-40 or something like that. I give up trying to calculate scores any more, it aint worth it.
Guest The Man in Blak Report post Posted September 22, 2002 I'll give an update on everything after the 49ers/Redskins game is over. EDIT: Marvin, you're down by 85.45 - 55.94 as of right now.
Guest jimmy no nose Report post Posted September 22, 2002 My game(The A Team vs. Canadian Pride) looks pretty low scoring based on stats I've looked at, but I don't know much about how the league point system works. I hope Michael Vick has a big day tonight. How about that Randy Moss? 4 catches for 16 yards with a long of 6.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted September 22, 2002 You know, things are so bad for me, I dunno if I can beat Poortucket next week. But my next 3 games are possibly winnable, which means the Detroit Lions will probably have a win before I do.
Guest jimmy no nose Report post Posted September 22, 2002 Looking ahead to week 4 I have The Men in Black minus Terrell Owens with Chad Johnson to back him up, and minus their starting tight end(but it's not like tight ends other than a select few score much anyway). I will be without Michael Vick, and my only other QB is John Kitna, so I think I can call this a loss.

Guest jimmy no nose Report post Posted September 23, 2002 I think I've got another win. It's close now, but I still have a QB to play.
Guest razazteca Report post Posted September 23, 2002 it is safe to say it is impossible to make a 70 point comeback with my current players? come on Gus get me 5 TDs all thrown to TJ and how about 4, 50 yard field goals by Wilkins
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted September 23, 2002 Power & Glory - 39.77 Lunatics R Us - 58.24 You know what this means!!! IM NOT IN LAST PLACE ANYMORE!!!! *CELEBRATION TIME..looks at next week opponent..* Poortucket Patriots - 85.12 *Quietly sobbing..* Before I noticed I got out of last place, I changed the team name. Its still probably rather appropriate though..
Guest Kingpk Report post Posted September 23, 2002 I got the Dominators next week. With both Edgerrin James and Stokes on bye, I should have a good shot. - Tom Brady, QB-MM, 54.30 Dayum.
Guest razazteca Report post Posted September 23, 2002 damn it did Gus just put up negative numbers? is that -11, there you have it folks the worst team in the league the Texano Rudos
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted September 23, 2002 Not hardly..
Guest razazteca Report post Posted September 23, 2002 my point total has to be around 20 Gus got pulled out of the game, TJ Houghspusgijk has not caught a ball yet, Jefferson has done nothing also.
Guest The Man in Blak Report post Posted September 23, 2002 Wow...this is going to be tight. The current score for my game with The Barely Knewyas is 95.97-101.07. All I need is six points...and the only player I have left is the Rams Defense. They only scored 3.5 last week, but they brought home 7 in Week 1. *shivers*
Guest razazteca Report post Posted September 23, 2002 well I lost in the biggest blowout of the season ever....Worst Team Ever Indeed
Guest hardyz1 Report post Posted September 23, 2002 Who could've guessed that Curtis Martin would be my disappointing RB and Lamar Smith would be a beastly mother fucker? OK, so they've only played bad deenses so far, but I love those big point games.
Guest razazteca Report post Posted September 23, 2002 I was depending on the Giants to run the score up on the Seahawks but that never happened week 4 looks like another losing effort for the Texano Rudos at least I get Gannon back
Guest jimmy no nose Report post Posted September 23, 2002 I still won, but my backup kicker put up 13.00 points while my starter put up 3.75. That sucks.
Guest jimmy no nose Report post Posted September 23, 2002 By the way, good news for The Men in Black, my starting QB next week will be John Kitna, unless I pull of a trade or something.
Guest hardyz1 Report post Posted September 23, 2002 Apparently Kitna isn't even starting next week. They're going with the ever reliable, always dynamic Akili Smith.
Guest jimmy no nose Report post Posted September 23, 2002 Apparently Kitna isn't even starting next week. They're going with the ever reliable, always dynamic Akili Smith. Yeah I know, but Kitna actually picked up 1 fantasy point this week which is better than anyone else available.
